Top effort Dave. Dont see many TH-camrs applying ceramics and you used 3, explaining how you did every step in great detail 👌🏼 Great to see fresh detailing content back on the channel too 👌🏼👍🏼
Thanks Mark, to be fair I don’t get much opportunity to use them myself so was really good to get to grips with the GT range. Really easy to use and a really enjoyable video to ease the detailing content back into the channel.
Absolutely cracking video Dave!!, loved the backdrop and the music, the camera work was fantastic and pleasing to watch, great tips and demo of all of the GT coatings there, 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Graeme, it was a really enjoyable video to make. Really nice setting for it and some nice weather was ideal. Really enjoyed using the GT coatings aswell, very easy to use and really nice results, will be interesting to see how they hold up over the years.
Thanks Graham, was a really nice car to work on and I was very pleased with the results. I do enjoy the older Jap cars, you just don’t see them on the road anymore
Thanks mate, it was nice to get a detailing video made and a bonus to get to do it on this car and with a coating. It was really easy to use. What coatings are you using for your business?
I need a Garage Queen like that, but I need a double garage to store it. I am interested to see the longevity of the GT coating on a daily used car because it looks very easy for application. I have Gyeon Mohs on my car and that was really easy application outside, and six months in it is like the day it was applied. Great informative video David.
I’m in the same boat, the single garage I have just isn’t big enough for all my gear as well as a car. The gyeon stuff is really easy to use. I’m interested to see the longevity of the GT stuff aswell, if it’s true to what they claim along with how easy it was to use then it could be a game changer for a lot of people
By all accounts these are awesome wee cars. I have never driven a rear wheel drive car and although everyone says they are really good I do like my 4x4's and front wheel drive cars. I have driven the Celica which I thought the gearbox was great as it was really notchy almost clicking into gear but on my drive I encountered almost monsoon like conditions which was a bit scary as I was just doing my mate a favour as he had enjoyed a night out in Aberdeen to the fullest and unfit to drive. The Corrola I drove was good also but not at the time a car I would have bought. The MR2 kind of reminds me a bit on the MG TF. You certainly spent a lot of time on that car but it was not wasted. Simply stunning and I do love a car with red leather but have never owned one usually black leather but my Disco Sport had cream leather not so good in a Land Rover really. I do like your detailing content as well as the car builds. I don't know if you noticed but Yum Cars stole your idea of cleaning felt arches with the Karcher stone cleaner and have released a quick release attachment that does the same thing and on a stubby gun is so much easier to get into awkward bits under the arch. You should have patented that idea mate.
Thanks John, I do love all things 90s and 00s jap cars, they just hit different and I wish I seen more of them on the road these days, I understand why tho as I got myself a quote for the Impreza recently and was shocked at how much they wanted! I really enjoyed this one, no disaster detail, just spending some time getting a car that’s been well looked after over the years back to looking like it rolled out the showroom. I didn’t notice, I don’t actually follow yum if I’m being honest, I’m not sure what the price is like now but I remember them being really expensive.
Wee mr2 looks minted mate, good to see you back. I need to do the boat canopies before the season, do you think that fabsil will be any good? I have some renovo marine stuff but I’m not too sure about.
Thanks mate, I was actually planning on trying it out on my dad’s boat before he got rid of it. It seems to be the goto for folk that go camping so would be interesting to see how it does on a boat
It's good having friends that let us detail their cars to indulge our passion especially when they bung a few quid to let us buy a product or three.@@DavidMcBay

@DavidMcBay very true David, I miss cars like this too.
Absolutely stonking content mate, really enjoyed that one. The car looks epic, great work 👏.
Thanks Lee, really enjoyed doing this one and great to get back to the detailing content. Hopefully the weather allows for more to come
Great job! Cool little car well protected.
Thanks mate. Should last a very long time if it’s well looked after
Nice video mate, great to ceramic being applied. Made it look effortless from stage one to finish

Turned out well 🤙🏼
All down to the camera man mate 🤣🤣
