    The reason for quick spoilage of raw watermelon or any fruit added directly to zobo is due to it the natural of fruits, even the fruit juices has to be pasteurized to eliminate the harmful microorganisms that can cause fast spoilage of juice.
    So it's always advisable to boil all the fruit with the zobo so as to extend the shelf life of the juice.
    Nice content

    2. I didn't see you put the pineapple back please when did you put it.
    3. Also when you were done straining the zobo leaves did you allow it to cool down in the freezer or you just kept it aside and left it to cool down but covered.
    4. Then immediately it cooled down you added the fruits to it then mixed it right.
    5. I'm thinking off starting off first with 350 for 50cl cause I stay in warri and things are really expensive here.

      Oo it is fine I am not Hausa too it is just that I stay in Abuja and most of the terms are what they understand.
      1. Yes I boil a particular portion of Zobo leaves twice. The first time it would be red and good but the second would be quite light so once I am done with the second boil I sieve out the leave and add fresh leaves to the light water and boil again to give you good red colour.
      2. Yes I put pineapple back when boiling, the back and the blended shaft
      3. I kept it outside to cool down to would make the freezer hot if you put it directly in and yes please cover it.
      4. Yes exactly I added fruit juice from the fruit after it cooled
      5. If you know things are expensive and they will but then sure you can go ahead don't do too much for the first two or three times get your foot well before big production
      You are welcome let me know if you have any other question. All the best in your business 🤗

    Hello Ayo👋 thank you for this free tutorial video ❤️ it is more than helpful for me. Thank you also for replying comment, its very helpful. Pls, it is necessary to be nafdac approved while going into the business or consumers don't mind. And how can i get nafdac approval if its very necessary.

    • @ayoolaagbona
      @ayoolaagbona  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching I am grateful. So most consumers don’t mind about nafdac but if you want to supply to stores it is a requirement for a lot of outlets. Visit a nafdac office near you and they would give you a list of things you need or visit there website to know what they need then visit the office with what you have.

      Sorry for the late response I have been busy so starting the business I will not advise you has much as 500-600bottles at a go it is risky start from at most 50-100 test the waters before jumping in big. If you have other questions just send it here or on Instagram I will help as much as I can. I don't use preservatives I only freeze my Zobo .

    Thanks so much for this video. You speak well ? My first question is , did you sieve the cucumber 🥒, ginger juice also or there's no need for that ? Secondly during the first cooking of the zobo I was told that you can still make you of the leaf the second time by cooking it again , is that correct or it's just once? Thirdly how do you preserve it from spoiling ? Hope to hear from you.

    • @ayoolaagbona
      @ayoolaagbona  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I sieve the juice so I can get the fresh part of the vitamins in the fruit and I boil the left over to maximize the fruit and get more vitamins out. Yes you can but the zobo liquid will be very light not as red as the first time. Best form of preservatives is to refrigerate it better to freeze it

      You can sell in packs to the same people you plan on selling one one to just give a good price bargain and they would buy you can try stores around you too supermarket and restaurants some may ask for Nafdac numbers and some might not so try your best move around and tell them about your product you can also go with sample for them. The major back is 6 or 12 I don’t know much about the package part but you can go to Instagram and ask @zobovita for ideas on that

      Yes I poured in the fruit juice to the Zobo at the end.
      I used water to boil the Zobo on fire I didn't add any water after that
      You can either blend your date and then sieve out the juice into the cool Zobo then boil the shaft with the Zobo on fire.
