Mammoth is one of my fave places in the summer. I was a big skier up there when I was in my 20’s and now I hiker instead. Great zero! Beautiful video. Hike on☮️
Enjoy watching you hike. I love Mammoth. Spent many summers hanging out there. You will likely see more bears in Yosemite. They are not scared of humans. Keep your pack attached.. Hope you climb Half Dome. Completed it in the 90's. It was fun. Stay safe.
Great video. Saw a mention of Ansel Adams, I have a book of his b&w photographs of Yosemite, he was a groundbreaking photographer. Zoo certainly had a birthday to remember 🎉 You are really cracking on there and compared to some following you make it look like a piece of cake! Which I’m sure it isn’t. I had to laugh at the plate of nachos for breakfast. It looked way better than the pancakes the others were having. 😊
If you spend any time at Mammoth it's almost guaranteed you'll see at least one or more bears. I go to Mammoth almost every summer and bears are abundant, especially around the shoreline of the lakes. I don't know the timing of when you get to Tuolumne Meadows, but Tioga Pass/Hwy 120 is officially opening on Monday, June 10.
