5:38 that message says that you cannot take pictures while is recording in 4K. You can record in 4K but not take images.

Yes, you can not take images while recording in 4K.... not even you are not recording in 4K... in 4K mode you can not...

I think the card will work, but I don't believe it will work at that speed. I don't think this camera can work at that speed, but you still need to check somewhere else.. since every camera has a certain speed at which it works.
