@@HotEboyXerath ty ^^ ... boots in my build , only of magical foots , and i sell when no more spaces for itens , cause this i focus in more move with MEJAI as second ITEM after LUDEN for powercreep my enemy and Rabadon as third to become insane 500+ap in 20 min of game ... dark flame /void as 4/5 for magic pen (i not prefer horizon first , in this build cause i dont use sorcerer and the 12 of magic pen of dark flame + void gerate a sinergy , i tested and become better than only horizon + flame or Horizon + void ... cause this horizon is my last equip or tempest ... depends who i need more ... the damage is little lesser (cause the magic pen) but , have passives for scape and minibomb , while horizon vision of map / UT and CDreduct I like so much of your build of rilay , cause the sinergy with comet , in the past this build are more strong cause 20% activation of old horizon (10% casue the distance and 10% cause the crowld control) ... but after this nerf (no more gain damage with cc , and ap decrease , before 120) , i preffer focus xerath for powercreep instead right a comet , this way , i play with first strike and build to smash enemy team as faster possible =x
