I worked for the as a StaffSenior Makeup Artist for the largest broadcast television network(CTV) in Canada for 30 years and then moved to LA where I have been doing primarily films and Digital.

I have worn Ardell flair lashes for at leave 40 years but in the last year or so I just got too shaky to be able to apply them anymore. Hi Larissa, I am a big fan of yours. I first came across your videos for defining eye brows a few years ago. You are the real deal. You know your stuff and I appreciate you so much. After watching TH-cam tutorials on eyebrows, I went online purchased Anastasia products you recommended and I am still using them today.
I am a old fashioned soul even though I am a licensed Cosmetologist have worn makeup for years. I was not into false lashes. My daughter told me last year that makeup isn’t done unless you have lashes. So at sixty years young, I purchased my first pair of lashes for twenty five dollars online. I wanted a good pair, even signed up for monthly subscription. It turned out to be a waste of money. But I did get usage out of the lashes. I don’t wear them often but, I wanted to get back to wearing them because lashes make your eyes pop and plus they give a beautiful radiant appearance.
Well, after seeing your tutorial today. I’m glad you mentioned the less cheaper ones are just as good especially for beginners. I considered myself still a beginner because it would take me an hour sometimes to get the lashes on😅😂.

I use this trick all the time. I use a blow dryer and it works like a charm. This is the only way that that you can apply lashes and they stay on all day long. Thank you so much for this little trick

Thx for that advice! The expensive extensions break off my lashes, and fills have to be done too often- until too many lashes have broken off. Then I’m left with almost no lashes for a few weeks until new growth! So I’m turning back to falsies. You give fab advice and instructions! I can’t get strips on correctly so I use the 3 lash ‘per strip’ sets that are applied one after the other. I’ll try strips again! And try your way of applying them, thx!

At 59 years old this year I've had to start learning how to wear false eyelashes recently. As my own lashes are diminishing quite a bit from the luxurious ones they used to be. Also my eyesight is not what it used to be. The other tutorials were impossible to copy from. They went way too fast and I got tired of trying to play- stop- pause -rewind -play- stop -pause- rewind. I just want to look good. You know, for those fancy nights out. Which are rare but still. I want to be living my best life and looking the best when I do that.
