I heard that the rules for professional speed walk racing is that at least one foot must be on the ground at all times, unlike running.
There’s a whole romcom whose main male protagonist participates in that event in the olympics. It’s great :)

Walking races actually are a thing. It's crazy weird how fast they can walk. If I remember right, you have to have at least 1 foot in contact with the ground at all times, otherwise it's considered a run
I've never thought about the difference between walking and running.

As a former competitive track and field runner, can confirm - I never did it (I was a 1500/3000 m runner) but saw a lot of walk races - there's a LOT of serious technique to race-walking, and as OP says it's required to always have at least one foot on the ground to be considered a walk, otherwise it's a run and you're disqualified. Look up some videos if you're interested, it's legit a fascinating niche sport

I never bought anything for wish, i think it’s like the same as any southeast asia website but worse
I got some nice jewelry and a cute top out of Wish before my neighbors stole two necklaces, a plastic Chat Noir ring, and the pink version of the Sailor Moon shirt I got. Never order Wish when you live in places like Detroit, Manhattan, and Paterson.

fun fact: the exact line between walking and running is that during a walk, at least one foot is in contact with the ground the entire time. during a run, both feet are off the ground for a brief period.
as soon as you push forward and leave the ground, you are running, and are then disqualified from any officially sanctioned walk races.
