That’s definitely a style choice to make yourself (or your client). I don’t tend to line up to a baseline or have columns line up along the bottom. The stuff I work on is pretty casual (not like Vogue Magazine). -EG
Feature is great. It is a standard setting for paragraphs. But, this presentation is pretty weak and confusing. He missed many options here and didn't explain what is an issue with having more than two lines together. He showed "Start Paragraph" without explaining what is the purpose of it.

There is a lot more in keep options than it is shown. Several great "tricks" how it ca be used.

NEVER use empty paragraphs!
