    There’s a high probability the judge didn’t call him a psychopath off his own back. There’s no doubt he would have access to reports from medical experts. People at all levels are held awaiting reports and so on.

      100p-c fact. The judge gets to see the background reports on you plus all of your previous convictions. And there would have been a lot of reports on him. So you can take it for a fact he was telling the truth. But in this. Should have whent into how much of a monster he was why miss out that he was a rapist n word in the nick was he had killed a few prostitutes.....

    I was on D,Hall in Perth prison where Moore was also located in 1995 , the only Prisoner I seen with him was Frank McPhie, they attended the Gym together and the majority of Prisoners gave Moore a wide berth , I wouldn't say he was respected but definitely feared , there was Prisoners who didn't fear him but left him to his own devices, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    Ppl have bad mouthed Ricky since he passed , I didn't know Ricky outside but was away way him at least half a dozen times & I never seen 1 person look at him wrong , & he offered ti do work for me for free , honestly I can't deny or confirm outside stories on Ricky but inside he was one dangerous fkr , Ricky RIP ✊️

    When Gary stabbed JAMA Boyle he let the neighbors hear him shouting you better not grass me that was so he could say he didn't intend to kill and get culpable homicide instead of murder he was a very serious person everything was thought out most violence is spur of the moment but Gary planned and thought about it he told people in the jail he was going to do it the first day he got out and he did I was in bar L with him and nobody messed with him he'd stare at you that mad glare

    Gary stayed in my house in Rothesay a couple of times ,his girlfriend had befriended mine while he was in prison and when she was telling me her boyfriends name I nearly shat myself lol ,I said to my now wife ,”have you any idea who that is?” Anyway he actually turned out to be brand new ,if slightly fucking mental 😂 we had some good nights and his stories were off the charts ,I think his girlfriend was called Anne iirc and they had a wee boy too ,who was ages with my middle child .

My knowledge of the Scottish scene is pretty much 0% so it was a change and full of good research facts and your knowledge of the dark side of life and crime is bonus that you have to lived it to know.
