    Great content as usual. One funny thing of note are the business folks in all of this. I think you could graph a direct correlation with the initial SLA request from the business folks to the estimate provided to build it. Once the business folks recover from estimate shock, 95-99% SLA looks pretty acceptable in most cases. 😂
