O lineman tend to make it to their mid 30s before they fade. Manu hopefully plays backup for his rookie contract and fills the roll on his second contract. I sort of expect Manu to end up on the IR this year so he can't be poached.

@claytonhisler2546 Why do fans not get this? Betts is competing for the 3rd LDE role behind Hutchinson and Agude. He is a long shot to make the roster. Just like Judon, he doesn’t fit the scheme short of a position at which Hutchinson is going to play 98% of snaps. He is a LEFT end. It’s not just playing him on the right.
Dan Campbell and Jered Goff play for the superbowl every single season, the team isn't usually good enough to get there but that's what their goal is every single season, even 4 years ago when they first got here. Go back and re-listen to some of summer camp interviews.... This season is only different because "we the fans" think they actually have a chance and even an expectation. Just sayin' 😏
Hooker needs to be involved more. It’s not good to have him on the sidelines with no real reps. God forbid we actually have to rely on him at some point in this season and he comes in with no experience at all.
