You missed in 7:52 how special the sleeves of her jacket are. The upper arm in the jacket are fake too. Her upper arm is inside the jacket, usually it would be in the arm part of the jacket, so she can switch between inside or outside the jacket, without any big moves.
It's obvious she's using fake hands, she can tell right away, they're fake and you can see your arms underneath the jacket, they're all bulged out. I mean, this is not any they're not fooling anybody

It's so obvious how she does it, if you know a bit of magic but it's very fun watch.
It should be noted that her fake hands are weighted and her sleeves are stiff so that she can pull and drop her hands with ease and unnoticeable.
The lights around her is too bright illustrating the fake hands look plasticy.
