Abby claiming she never hated Chloe…Let’s not forget the bts facts about her intentionally making Chloe and Christi’s lives a living hell, when they couldn’t leave the show in season 4. Total bs, on Abby’s part. She is a terrible human being, and Gianna has enabled her toxic behavior.
Ikr! What she's indirectly saying is " I didn't hate Chloe, I just hated each aspect of her, and did everything I could to make her life as hard as possible when she was young"
@@daisychainsdm There is no way Abby could convince people otherwise. I notice she kept bringing up “appearance matters!”, and talking about being on stage. That may be true, of course. But anytime she would respond to the facts about her making fun of her dancers, she would bring that up. Abby just doesn’t get it…It is no excuse to body shame or judge her dancers!
I don't think she ever truly hated Chloe because if you go back to earlier seasons she did have a good relationship with her. Like when Chloe wanted to quit dance in season 1. I honestly think her hatred towards Christy made her just go out of her way to be cruel to Chloe kinda like how she was with Brooke and Paige because she couldn't stand Kellie. Also it seems Abby doesn't think before she talks which is no excuse for behavior.
@@sytaelf no she definitely did not like Chloe because she thought her parents were raising her to think money is more important dance which contradicts why she then allowed Maddie to take jobs outside the show as well as supporting Jojo leaving the show. She made it publicly known right before s2 that she would say any and everything to get them to leave.
@@sytaelf I mean, that’s a fair point. But it just seems like she would often have something out for her, even if Christi wasn’t necessarily involved. Especially with the whole competitiveness, and I’m talking about the toxic EXTENT she would go to.
I think Christi said something about Gia like how she is two faced but Jojo joined in an said that Gia wasn't like that but Christi personally knew Gia longer than Jojo
She could just be trying to keep her job because there probably aren’t many job opportunities for her. The entire world saw her backing up a abusive and bigoted teacher for years.
Abby was absolutely horrible to those kids and personally I don’t think she’ll ever understand the negative impact she had on most of her students including maddie , she constantly put a tremendous amount of pressure on that kid to win 😢 and the way she spoke to Paige was disgusting she literally bullied that poor girl it’s irritates me how people IDOLISE this women
I am nearly sure she is narcicist, she acts like one all the time, she manipulate orhers and when people point out she acts like the victim, she literally abuse those children and she gets mad because they don't talk to her and says they are ungratefull, she says she was "disappointed" of Maddie, she likes to be the center of attention all the time, she calls herdelf "one of the best teacher in America" and i could go on and on pointing out narcicistics antions. What saddens me the most is some of the moms ( i mean lily's mom) she is a psychologist, i refused to think she doesn't know Abby acts like a narcicist it is pretty obvious and she still go and makes her daughter go through that, no amuont of money or fame is worth for your childs mental health
I don't think she truly hated Chloe because she does say nice things about her. I think it boils down to she just hated Christy so much that she took it out on Chloe. Kinda like she did with Brooke and Paige because of her feelings for Kellie. It is wrong either way but I also think Abby doesn't think before she speaks
@@sytaelf no actually she does hate Chloe she insulted her appearance and refused to use her name in one episode so if that doesn't say she doesn't like her idk what will
She also always tried to paint Chloe in a negative light. Like insinuating that she’s a promiscuous, jealous, backstabbing, evil person when she was the exact opposite. She hated Chloe. You can argue that maybe she didn’t always hate her or maybe she didn’t hate her as much early on… but she definitely hated her. The evil things that she did and said when it came to that little girl (sometimes UNPROVOKED by Christi) were definitely personal and seemed like she had something against Chloe herself. Sometimes Christi didn’t have to even do or say anything and Abby would still be at Chloe’s neck. She had it out for that child. Also Abby is huge faker. She admitted to the judges (in a very bragging way) that she can go back and pretend to be happy for Chloe for winning first and beating Kamryn because she’s that great of an actress. The judge actually revealed this in an interview, (and I’m so glad the judges didn’t listen to her and take Chloe’s win away). So now I have a hard time trusting and believing she genuinely meant all those nice things she’s ever said about Chloe (even if those nice things were true) or any other nice moments she’s ever had with her. I question every nice moment now bc who knows if she was faking or not? She bragged about how good of a faker she is… Saying nice things about someone doesn’t mean you don’t hate them. Especially when your actions (and other negative words that are spoken much more often) don’t match with your spoken-once-every-blue-moon positive words.
She also said that she hated the way Chloe was being brought up by Christi and her dad, it was like she had to have an input in all of their lives and that they had to listen to her
It's absolutely insane what a narcissist Abby is. "I changed Paige's life by making her stand up to Anthony. I bet she stands up for herself now because of me." "JoJo is so successful and sells out shows because I was mean to her." Literally any accomplishment or merit of the girls, she thinks is thanks to her. It's honestly astonishing. And her complete and utter lack of accountability for her actions is too. She truly thinks she can do no wrong. It's sickening that people support this woman.
also on the show when the kids would win , she took the credit about HER amazing teaching techniques , HER amazing dancers , HER choreography ect. but when they lost the kids didnt have their head on straight or the moms made them nervous
The fact that Abby doesn’t think she went too far on the show at all when she made fun of a Chloe’s eye, told her she’d destroy her, made fun of Nia’s braids and Camryn’s feet makes me sick to my stomach.
And she told Kenzie to wear leotards instead of two pieces because of her stomach. And she insulted Vivi’s weight when CADC did the dance in the pink costume in season 7. Kendall also said she called them fat lazy slugs and at Maddie and Mackenzie’s farewell party she gave a little speech and said they should come back “a little leaner” next season. And she commented about the size of Nia’s thighs.
Abby will never take accountability I mean look at how she still had something negative to say about Chloe in season 8 and she’s grown and not even on the show. Abby is a racist, bigoted, bully, and anyone who says otherwise is crazy.
Maddie, arguably her most successful student, has even come out to say Abby was part of her childhood trauma. Can't imagine what was going on with the other students.
..because maddie was also clearly heavily abused through tactics like grooming and manipulation, and was essentially being obsessed over and forced into co-dependency and a different type of self-hatred. idk why you worded it like that-
Abby hasn't changed at all and she stands behind her toxic actions, which is a shame and dangerous because others may do the same to get famous or because she made it seem like this was what made her dancers great.
She certainly hasn’t changed she’s still the same old toxic person, she still talks bad about Chloe and Paige after all this time 😩 like she needs to let the past go
It really saddens me that after all these years and everything she's been through, Abby really hasn't changed a bit. She still makes petty and rude remarks about her former students and denies that she ever took part in creating a toxic environment for children. Appreciate this video and all your hard work!
I cannot stand Abby. I called her out on one of her recent videos here she talked about minister Dawn. She conveniently left out the part where she body shakes Reagan before Dawn got there by calling her fat. Abby is an insane narcissist and abuser. The more I watch her, the less I like her, and I already don’t like her at all. She hasn’t learned from her past at all.
Honestly, I’m glad that Abby never became a mom. The unfortunate thing, though, is that she’s still involved with kids. Also, when she said “I like them young” (I think)…wtf. That just screams PEDOPHILE to me. But she seriously can’t understand why kids wouldn’t want to work with her…
So, some 50-year-old woman who is a dance teacher and works with kids is a pedo just because she said, "I like them young"? Dang, what can you say nowadays without everyone hanging on to your every word?
JoJo got out as soon as she got a better offer. Abby didn't like her and it showed. She didn't see a star in her. Abby told Nia her braids were ugly, Nia has had braids since she left. She told Camryn her feet were freaky because she had pink soles. She told a child she didn't know to sort out her ears and was vile to Ava Michelle for being tall. We now know she had the girls weighed, she couldn't cope with them when they got to puberty......
Abby is a narcissist. That means that everything is always everyone else's fault, and she will never recognize her own mistakes. The cognitive distortions are insane. It is sad that she will likely always be like this; narcissists usually don't change. But what is sadder is that parents continue to bring their children around her.
@@nellrose4699 I'm so sorry. My dad has some narcissistic tendencies as well. I hope that if you're an adult, you keep a safe distance from her. If you're a child, I hope that you will one day be able to leave and start your own life away from the toxicity. I hope that one day, both of our parents will come around, change, and apologize. But I'm not holding my breath.
She can't even give a single "I'm sorry" to any of those girls. She truly justifies every action. On top of that she tries to take credit for anything they're successful for. If she simply acknowledged that her behavior had consciences on these girls than the girls probably wouldn't even mind saying her name. They call her "my former dance teacher" why should they respect her when she didn't and doesn't even feel remorse now.
i read in an article a quote that said, "[Abby Lee] is preparing those girls for an industry that will chew them up and spit them out." i wonder if the industry is full of people like her. i'm still sad for the psychologically affected.
Oh, the dance world is packed to the brim with discrimination, ageism, sexism, racism, and that's just barely scratching the surface. Even Sophia Lucia, who was considered a dance prodigy, ended up leaving dance for a long while because of the depression and ED it caused her. And when asked, she said if she had a daughter, she wouldn't let her dance unless she just begged her to, but she's prefer it if she didn't. Edit: I am not at all saying or suggesting this justification for how far Abby took things.
Hollywood in general is toxic but it’s terribly toxic to children. Everything from abuse to drugs and alcohol. Hollywood is not a safe place for children. Even as adults it’s not a safe place. But kids are often abused the most because parents want to live through them or use them to make money. And so they allow industry professionals to use and abuse their kids if it means stardom and fortune.
After a decade of Dance Moms, you’d think Abby Lee Miller changed? Wrong! Her TH-cam channel is her deflecting all the cruel things she’s said on the show, I can’t stand it.
i would love to see you do an episode about Gianna. it is so surprising to me that she still sticks around and works with Abby. says a lot about the kind of person she is to still be comfortable working with/for someone like Abby.
The gall to say that Paige probably stands up for herself now because of that moment. Abby doesn't know anything about what Paige is like now, she can't take credit for her.
It’s interesting watching Dance Moms and Bring It! because while both teachers are tough and yell at their students, Mrs. D genuinely cares about making her girls better performers and people. She always stresses how important it is for the girls to know how to be gracious when they lose and doesn’t talk down to them. She supports all of her girls (which is something Abby never did).
The fact that Abby tried to justify her toxic actions and her behavior shows that her apologies wasn't remorseful and sincere. A mature human being would have acknowledged and reflect on what they stated and take responsibility for their actions. She admitted that she would purposely and intentionally try to destroy Chloe and Christi but makes up excuses to justify it. The worst moment that Abby has ever said to Chloe was where she mocked Chloe's medical condition at the end of Season 4 because she couldn't handle her mom. She would often compare Chloe to Maddie and would purposely try to set her up to fail.
abby saying that she was a good influence to maddie ?! Then why maddie always described her experience as traumatic and dark to the point that she went to therapy and yet you keep stalking her when she is trying to move on... what a good influence abby ....
Thank you for addressing this. I've seen many of her recent videos and she really hasnt changed. Not at all. She stands by all her disgusting behavior. She is truly a sick lady.
There is a distinct difference between constructive criticism and bullying/tearing down a child’s self-esteem, confidence, etc. A distinction that Abby has never understood. I am so proud of how the OGs have healed from their past trauma and are now incredible young women living life to its fullest. 💗
you should help christi & kelly on their podcast!! i remember them answering a question about you and didn't even know all this was a thing! watching them read production notes would be interesting for sure :P great vid as always xx
Honestly, I kind of get where Abby’s coming from when she talked about having Paige be the driver in “The last text.” It did make the end of the number even more chilling and Paige was recovering from an injury… HOWEVER, she still failed to mention how, during the episode, she insulted Paige’s intelligence and told Kelly to “go to the hospital and find out what’s wrong” when discussing why Paige was given that part. and that’s the point where it crossed the line.
Just as a reminder about the two girls one solo fiasco - she did NOT give them the same solo - there were two moves that were different.... In Maddie's favor. Just... ugh
@@uniquelyvicky6391 then abby could’ve put a side arial in Maddie’s solo too. it’s just unfair to put two differently choreographed solos against each other and say they’re the same.
She keeps pointing out how successful is the kid, how famous she's now but... At what cost? Chloe literally ended up having ED!!!! SO FAME'S MORE IMPORTANT THAN A TEENAGER STARVING HERSELF BECAUSE HOW AWFUL YOU WERE WITH HER?! I can't even end seeing this video because it pisses me off 😅😅😅
Nothing surprises me of what Abby still justifies. She is narcissistic and takes so much credit for the successes of the dancers on the show. On another note, many ex-students of her's that don't want anything to do with her are still talked about on her channel. Just doesn't seem right.
I can not believe that she thinks she was being “kind” by making fun of Chloe’s medical condition, called others stupid, & made fun of the other little girl’s ears! How cruel!! You would think, after all that has happened to her, that she would now be aware that Karma is a bitc#!
It’s terrible how anytime someone or something brings up her mean comments regarding looks, she’ll resort to “How you look on stage is important!” Yeah, that may be true, in general. However, Abby seems to mesh together that and judging her dancers’ appearances.
@@berrisfueller6221 I agree with you. Looking good on stage is one thing which makes sense but judging someone for an appearance they can’t control is a whole other thing
She might say she didn’t hate Chloe - but I seriously think she did hate Christie - and she put Chloe in terrible situations just to annoy Christie. I think all the kids (with the possible exceptions of Jojo and Asia) were traumatized to a certain extent - some much more than others.
I’ve watched every single episode of dance moms and as a British mom, if that was happening in England, Abby would have been arrested for child abuse. The way she treated those girls was disgusting. The moms should have pulled their girls the first time she abused them. Those girls deserve medals for putting up with her all those years. Xxjojoxx
11:38 Cut to that clip of her from the Rosie O'Donald Show "I can say whatever I want and she can't leave, because she's under contract!" Cut again to her talking sh*t about Chloe and Christi at meet and greets, saying they got greedy and wanted too much money (oh the irony) Cut again to every time she called Chloe a snake, arrogant, a brat, said the "fame was getting to her head," called her "awful," and tried to replace her over and over and over again. The only equality I can find between Chloe and Maddie was eventually Abby resorted to mocking both for their appearances! "Get that eye fixed!!" to Christi about Chloe and "[if Maddie didn't dance] they would hire someone who can ACT, WITH PERFECT TEETH!!" to Melissa about Maddie. Equally? Really? "I never wanted Chloe to win!!" Equally? Seriously, now?!
I love how in season 1 (I believe it was season 1) when she said that Chloe was the cockiest kid she had ever met. Chloe doesn’t really seem like the cocky type, or I don’t get that impression from her, anyway.
Oh no, in season 1 she claimed that Chloe had to work on her confidence (which Christi agreed with) but, in every season afterwards she claimed that Chloe was incredibly cocky.
@@waitwhat2915 Meanwhile with Maddie, it was always "bring in your crowns! You need to brag more!! Melissa, stop SQUASHING DOWN her accomplishments!!" "Equally," Abby? Chloe "can't base her worth on crowns, can't let her successes go to her head" but Maddie should bring in every crown she's ever won and rub it in her teammates' faces? How is that "equal?"
the fact that gianna is still friends with abby after all of that says a lot. another thing that still bothers me, especially now that i listen to christi/kelly’s podcast, is abby being horrible to the hylands. according to kelly, they were really close before the dm, so to see where they are now is so sad to me.
It was disgusting that Abby made Kalani pretend to have a seizure from a drug overdose. It’s offensive to anyone who has epilepsy or seizures/convulsions.
Yes a dance teacher should critique their students and prepare them for when they're on stage, should the critiques be so harsh? No. Because as a dance teacher and especially in this case when you spent so much time with each other, she's supposed to be a person you can trust where you feel safe, someone you can go to if you did a bad performance so she can console you, but Abby was never that person to Paige
What is wrong with Abby and Gianna! The treatment to the kids and their mothers was horrible. Take accountability and move forward. She needs to be looked into for looking at under age boys. I truly believe Abby was jealous of Chloe. How come on the website it says Chloe won. Abby you weren’t a good influence to Maddie. The girl doesn’t want anything to do with you.
Abby is such a narcissist. She doesn't think what she did is abusive because she isn't honest with herself about the type of person she is, and she probably never will be.
Thank you for doing this video. I’ve seen some of her videos and to me she just spewing excuses of why it was okay for her to get away with her behavior. Her comments seem to agree with her mostly so wonder if being heavily monitored.
@@melissawest4667 I still remember in Maddie’s Cosmopolitan video reaction, there were many comments calling out how awful she was to Maddie and the manipulation and she deleted a lot of them!
Honestly not enough people talk about gianna and her responsibility in what happened on the show and off screen. Abby was a terrible person but if your standing by and watching all these things she’s doing and not doing anything and even given high fives to her when she does these things. I’m sorry but she’s just as bad and people need to get that.
Gionna is pretty much Abby's "Yes" person. She has no thoughts or opinions of her own. She always mirrors and parrots what Abby says. They're both bad people.
Abby's lack of accountability is so frustrating but not surprising at all. "I think I was a good influence on her" LOOLLLL okay keep telling yourself that Abigail
I think Abby is not smart enough to know the difference between being tough and being a bully. If you have to insult a child to teach then you're a bully
Abby: Screams at kids for a living and makes them feel worthless. Also Abby after everything she did: “I regret that Chloe was the lead in the group dance instead of Maddie. That’s the only thing I regret.”
She was not coerced. Pitting kids against each other is competition. Pitting them against each other then tearing one down is not. She’s an awful person. The comps were real except the one they lost?? Ok.. sure thing. We saw the performances and know they’re not real, thanks to the research done by the incredible MackZBoss!!! It’s hilarious she takes credit for those girls. They succeeded in spite of her, not because of her Edit: she may be a professional in dance, but she had no business mocking their bodies or their families. She’s certainly not a dietitian, therapist, or a mother
There is a difference between making people stronger and bullying them. Abby saying that she was helping her students by treating them horribly is disgusting! That's bullying, not making someone stronger. There are other ways to make someone stronger without tearing them apart.
You'd think abbys health condition would've humbled her a little! But its sadly not at all, i know this word is thrown around wayyy too much but this is a genuine true narcissist.
it baffles me that to this day, abby still refuses to acknowledge the exploitation and abuse inflicted on those girls. i try not to engage with abby’s content, but she posted a reaction video to maddies cosmo cover awhile back and i was so curious about what she would have to say. wow. this woman, in all these years, still hasn’t taken up an ounce of accountability or regret. it’s almost impressive how she has retained such ignorance and mean-spirits. she can say all she wants about fame or money, but none of that can buy back what those girls suffered. it honestly sickens me. i hope the girls can continue to heal in the ways they need. and for all the people who still support abby…how do you watch her freely and happily admitting in these interviews that she bullied these children and still admire her? 😭
I cannot believe there are people who sympathize with Abby. Why. Nothing justifies abusing a child, not even fame or good things. And then the people calling the dancers who left Abby "ungrateful". People complain about child abuse and mistreatment everyday but when it happens they only side with the abuser and shame the victims (whom have every right to react to their own trauma as they need).
she stakes her success on the kids success, yet not a single one of the ogs talk to her anymore. she was horrendous to them as children and wants to say their success is all because of her. like no abby, you may have trained them but every one of them is successful to SPITE YOU. i would bet money that most if not all her students all gained success to spite her, she was never happpy with anyone winning other than maddie and sometimes kenzie. thats sick and she refuses to admit to it. i stand by my thoughts of abby KNOWING she was terrible and choosing to play victim. narrsissitic or not shes a c you next tuesday. and in my opinion, thats all shes gonna amount to if she continues to act the way she does.
I’ve tried numerous amounts of times to justify some of Abby’s actions. Because I know that some teachers can be very tough on their students but the teacher wants their kids to be the best they can be. And while somethings that she does say I can defend there’s other things I simply just cannot defend. When it comes to appearance and making fun of medical conditions that’s where I draw the line and say that is not OK behavior. I will say that abby has always been a very mixed bag character for me. On the one hand I can appreciate the amount of effort that she has put into certain students and show how successful they are but on the other hand I can’t for the life of me support somebody who bullies and manipulates children for her benefit In the first two seasons of the show I can definitely defend her in a lot more circumstance Beginning in season three it became a lot more difficult to defend her actions and the final nail in the coffin will definitely still be season four episode seven where I lost all respect for her. After season four I pretty much could not stand her and while I would never wish anybody harm in their life I would’ve thought that being in jail and surviving cancer would’ve definitely changed her outlook on life. Unfortunately it’s very sad to see that she will never truly change or regret some of the things that she said I did which I feel she would be a less bitter person if she would just come out and apologize for what she said and did. Still wouldn’t make her a good person but at least it shows that she is capable of learning from her mistakes Overall as of today Abby is just a very negative person. Dragging people down to her level when nearly every single person from the original team wants nothing to do with her Maybe someday she’ll realize that she made a mistake but at this point I have little to no respect left for her
Thank you for saying all this, I noticed all this in the few videos of Abby's I watched on her channel. She even just says she's "coerced" instead of ever saying anything's her fault, or EVEN responsibility and it's horridly abusive
And Abby would be NOTHING without these girls. If you need an example on how you don't need to be an abuser to win look at the show Bring It!, Coach D is 20x better 😒
can't believe she said she didn't hate chloe. she literally yelled that she'd destroyed her (and the cameras were filming, imagine what else she yelled when they weren't)
I would honestly LOVE to watch her watch this video lol. Like she blatantly contradicts herself. She said it's okay for her to talk about students because she has credentials but it's not okay for other dance teachers to comment on students like they don't also have credentials? And if it's okay for Paige to stand up for herself to an adult even though he's a dance teacher and knows better than Paige according to Abbys own thinking, so why isn't okay for the girls to stand up to Abby? Its just very clear that she will say anything to justify her poor behavior
while i do believe abby had genuine concern and “love” for most of the kids, i will always believe she had actual resentment towards chloe. no person who mocks a CHILD’S medical condition, refused to call them by their name, and proudly declares that they never wanted them to win can claim they loved that child.
Almost every mom has come out since and said they regret certain things they did or said and they wish they could have done things differently. It shows growth and maturity so really not surprising Abby is not really there. Abby's plan worked for the most part. In her mind, she made Maddie famous.
Abby is a big narcissist, to put the blame on everyone else and to pretend to never be at fault+constant emotional blackmailing and taking credit for Paige’s confidence is literally hilarious that’s disgusting
Abby would never take responsibility for her actions for anything that she had done she would never take responsibility for it. P.s it's also funny how she never thanked the original cast for making her a household name but yet she wants them to constantly thank her.
I can tell you as someone who has been around competition scoring, that is a fandom rumor 😭 Front aerials hardly score anything above side aerials, and you’d especially have to do one perfectly to get even a slightly significant plus
Parents would be fools if they decided to keep sending their children this woman after 8 seasons. You're basically saying you want your child to get the fame and clout even though they will be bullied and demeaned in the process.
The fact that Gianna stands by and condones Abby’s actions makes me look at her just as sideways as her boss.

Abby clearly doesn’t understand the difference between constructive criticism (and tough love) and bullying. She just sees it as like a mesh.
To add to that, you can give constructive criticism without being mean.
Gianna was just as bad as Abby. She saw what Abby was doing, allowed it to happen, and then continued to justify her behavior to this day.
I always thought that, Gianna backs up Abby, she was very nasty to Kenzie or Kendall for not being as good as Maddie.
I think Christi said something about Gia like how she is two faced but Jojo joined in an said that Gia wasn't like that but Christi personally knew Gia longer than Jojo
She's abby's attack dog.
She does understand and knows that the girls were traumatized by her words but she doesn't care which proves how she is a narcissistic sociopath.
@@marvincorre4783 fr
exactly :((
i felt so bad for maddie in season3 where abby manipulated in episode 5
is Abby really trying to convince us she didn't hate Chloe? I will never believe that.
I don't think she truly hated Chloe because she does say nice things about her. I think it boils down to she just hated Christy so much that she took it out on Chloe. Kinda like she did with Brooke and Paige because of her feelings for Kellie. It is wrong either way but I also think Abby doesn't think before she speaks
she literally said in season 8 she never wanted chloe to win, she said that proudly. truly gross behavior
Maddie not having straight teeth.
Making fun of some kid’s ears
Sooo true!!!💯
👏🏾👏🏾
It’s kind of scary to hear Abby admit she yelled at this kids on her own without influence from the producers
Maddie, arguably her most successful student, has even come out to say Abby was part of her childhood trauma. Can't imagine what was going on with the other students.
..because maddie was also clearly heavily abused through tactics like grooming and manipulation, and was essentially being obsessed over and forced into co-dependency and a different type of self-hatred. idk why you worded it like that-
it still sucks that people don't realize how horrible she actually is 😭😭😭
And entitled
exactly.

fr so many people are like “Abby’s so cool 🤪” they do not know anything
Bc she's a terrible person
"I didn't traumatise children" - the noise that came out of my mouth when I heard that
Abby truly disgusts me. The way she talks about her students is just horrible and it makes my blood boil all the time. I cannot with her.
I feel ya!💯
Stop calling Abby "toxic", she a straight up abuser. A lot of coaches are toxic but don't cross the line, Abby has traumatized these girls.
She’s not a pedophile though. She’s mean, but she doesn’t SA them. That comment was referring to dating, btw.
She IS one. She adultify girls and boys. It is absolutely pedophilia.
Abby saying that she’s kind, caring, and that she love Chloe is suck a joke.
Exactly
Side note: Abby seems to have a savior complex about Maddie as well.
This is what my mum is like
@@nellrose4699 I'm so sorry.
Exactly what I was thinking too 👍
I strongly suspect Paige is strong and confident now because she's had a lot of therapy to get through the trauma of dance moms
The series of clips at “kind, caring, giving, and generous” was perfectly put together to emphasize otherwise
@@cyanidefilledcandy2 absolutely it doesn't justify Abby's actions but wow I didn't know Sophia talked about it that way . Thanks for sharing
Hollywood in general is toxic but it’s terribly toxic to children. Everything from abuse to drugs and alcohol. Hollywood is not a safe place for children. Even as adults it’s not a safe place. But kids are often abused the most because parents want to live through them or use them to make money. And so they allow industry professionals to use and abuse their kids if it means stardom and fortune.
tough love is one thing, but traumatizing kids is another.
After a decade of Dance Moms, you’d think Abby Lee Miller changed? Wrong! Her TH-cam channel is her deflecting all the cruel things she’s said on the show, I can’t stand it.
Neither can I I don’t know why people still support her 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
i would love to see you do an episode about Gianna. it is so surprising to me that she still sticks around and works with Abby. says a lot about the kind of person she is to still be comfortable working with/for someone like Abby.
She would often compare Chloe to Maddie and would purposely try to set her up to fail.
it must be so annoying for the girls that Abby takes credit for milestones in their lives
abby saying that she was a good influence to maddie ?! Then why maddie always described her experience as traumatic and dark to the point that she went to therapy and yet you keep stalking her when she is trying to move on... what a good influence abby ....
Abby manipulated the ever loving shit out of Maddie. Idk how the hell she thinks manipulating a kid is being a “good influence”
I still can’t believe she thought it was okay to bully her own students! Some people never change!
you should help christi & kelly on their podcast!! i remember them answering a question about you and didn't even know all this was a thing! watching them read production notes would be interesting for sure :P great vid as always xx
This!
Honestly, I kind of get where Abby’s coming from when she talked about having Paige be the driver in “The last text.” It did make the end of the number even more chilling and Paige was recovering from an injury…
HOWEVER, she still failed to mention how, during the episode, she insulted Paige’s intelligence and told Kelly to “go to the hospital and find out what’s wrong” when discussing why Paige was given that part. and that’s the point where it crossed the line.
Just as a reminder about the two girls one solo fiasco - she did NOT give them the same solo - there were two moves that were different.... In Maddie's favor. Just... ugh

There's a difference between strict and straight-up abusive, and Abby is at the top of abusive
True and that is so rude and terrible
Does Abby not realize that most of the team members already had one foot out the door when the show started? Even Melissa was talking about leaving.
She might say she didn’t hate Chloe - but I seriously think she did hate Christie - and she put Chloe in terrible situations just to annoy Christie. I think all the kids (with the possible exceptions of Jojo and Asia) were traumatized to a certain extent - some much more than others.
Well Christi did call her a fat whore, that would rile me up.
And this is the same woman who mocked Chloe’s eye
I’ve watched every single episode of dance moms and as a British mom, if that was happening in England, Abby would have been arrested for child abuse. The way she treated those girls was disgusting. The moms should have pulled their girls the first time she abused them. Those girls deserve medals for putting up with her all those years. Xxjojoxx
11:38 Cut to that clip of her from the Rosie O'Donald Show "I can say whatever I want and she can't leave, because she's under contract!"
Cut again to her talking sh*t about Chloe and Christi at meet and greets, saying they got greedy and wanted too much money (oh the irony)
Cut again to every time she called Chloe a snake, arrogant, a brat, said the "fame was getting to her head," called her "awful," and tried to replace her over and over and over again.
Melissa, stop SQUASHING DOWN her accomplishments!!"
"Equally," Abby? Chloe "can't base her worth on crowns, can't let her successes go to her head" but Maddie should bring in every crown she's ever won and rub it in her teammates' faces? How is that "equal?"
The fact that she still talks about those girls to this day is terrible
Jojo was tough as nails before Abby. She has a resilient personality nothing to do with Abby 🙄🙄
When someone never takes responsibility for any of their actions, you know they're definitely in the wrong.
the fact that gianna is still friends with abby after all of that says a lot. another thing that still bothers me, especially now that i listen to christi/kelly’s podcast, is abby being horrible to the hylands. according to kelly, they were really close before the dm, so to see where they are now is so sad to me.
Birds of a feather
It was disgusting that Abby made Kalani pretend to have a seizure from a drug overdose. It’s offensive to anyone who has epilepsy or seizures/convulsions.
Cool video mackzboss
Okay but can we PLEASE have Abby on the Maury show so she could take a lying detector test about the competitions

Absolutely. Gianna just pretty much enabled and was apart of the bullying.
Abby, and Gianna too, just seem so shady to me.
Gionna is pretty much Abby's "Yes" person. She has no thoughts or opinions of her own. She always mirrors and parrots what Abby says. They're both bad people.
So glad the comments are back. Great job as always.

She is intelligent enough to make the difference. She know what she does when she bully those child

Abby: Screams at kids for a living and makes them feel worthless.
Also Abby after everything she did: “I regret that Chloe was the lead in the group dance instead of Maddie. That’s the only thing I regret.”
Didn’t Abby say on camera, in S8, that she never wanted Chloe to win??
yep!
Abby still doesn't get it, she was cruel
She was not coerced. Pitting kids against each other is competition. Pitting them against each other then tearing one down is not. She’s an awful person. The comps were real except the one they lost?? Ok.. sure thing. We saw the performances and know they’re not real, thanks to the research done by the incredible MackZBoss!!! It’s hilarious she takes credit for those girls. They succeeded in spite of her, not because of her
Edit: she may be a professional in dance, but she had no business mocking their bodies or their families.
6:16 “the integrity of the show” girl where
it baffles me that to this day, abby still refuses to acknowledge the exploitation and abuse inflicted on those girls. i try not to engage with abby’s content, but she posted a reaction video to maddies cosmo cover awhile back and i was so curious about what she would have to say. wow. this woman, in all these years, still hasn’t taken up an ounce of accountability or regret. it’s almost impressive how she has retained such ignorance and mean-spirits.
she can say all she wants about fame or money, but none of that can buy back what those girls suffered. it honestly sickens me. i hope the girls can continue to heal in the ways they need.
and for all the people who still support abby…how do you watch her freely and happily admitting in these interviews that she bullied these children and still admire her?
On the one hand I can appreciate the amount of effort that she has put into certain students and show how successful they are but on the other hand I can’t for the life of me support somebody who bullies and manipulates children for her benefit
In the first two seasons of the show I can definitely defend her in a lot more circumstance
Beginning in season three it became a lot more difficult to defend her actions and the final nail in the coffin will definitely still be season four episode seven where I lost all respect for her. Still wouldn’t make her a good person but at least it shows that she is capable of learning from her mistakes
Overall as of today Abby is just a very negative person. Dragging people down to her level when nearly every single person from the original team wants nothing to do with her
Maybe someday she’ll realize that she made a mistake but at this point I have little to no respect left for her
You said this perfectly!!
People are more forgiving when you apologize for what you have done wrong. Abby obviously isn’t that kind of person.
just learning about dance moms has made me want to go in to psychology so I can properly analyze this women
Thank you for saying all this, I noticed all this in the few videos of Abby's I watched on her channel. She even just says she's "coerced" instead of ever saying anything's her fault, or EVEN responsibility and it's horridly abusive
She call Nia fat and told them to grown up. These two are so wrong
Then she told Paige that because she was skinny, blonde, and pretty that everyone at school probably hated her.
I knew Gianna was just as evil as Abby.
Abby is an absolutely horrible person, i just can't believe all what those girls went through, they deserved so much better
Yup. It’s just an abuse of power, with Abby.
this is one of the things that enrages me the most, this woman = 0 accountability
“To all the wonderful moms out there, Thank you for sharing your child with me 👁👄👁”
This is like when your bully doesn't remenber they bullied you
while i do believe abby had genuine concern and “love” for most of the kids, i will always believe she had actual resentment towards chloe. no person who mocks a CHILD’S medical condition, refused to call them by their name, and proudly declares that they never wanted them to win can claim they loved that child.
Almost every mom has come out since and said they regret certain things they did or said and they wish they could have done things differently. It shows growth and maturity so really not surprising Abby is not really there. Abby's plan worked for the most part. In her mind, she made Maddie famous.
excited for this episode! i've been waiting for you to cover this ❤️
Abby is a big narcissist, to put the blame on everyone else and to pretend to never be at fault+constant emotional blackmailing
and taking credit for Paige’s confidence is literally hilarious that’s disgusting
Abby would never take responsibility for her actions for anything that she had done she would never take responsibility for it. P.s it's also funny how she never thanked the original cast for making her a household name but yet she wants them to constantly thank her.
But they gave Maddie a front Ariel and Chloe a side which a side is worth less points so it wasn’t the exact same solo
They were literally stuck in contracts for years
