Nekolugas are absolute godlike. Most of them has godlike defense, being insanely tanky. This set also has the BEST dps dealer in the game, which is balaluga. He shreds any enemy, no matter the buffs. And then we have papaluga, who’s true form is insane and makes his curse even more broken then it already was. Nekolugas are easily the most broken set in the game. That was sarcasm, if you can’t tell. I’m so proud of my boi luffi, he is broken now.
Why does everyone say Papaluga is trash? Its impressive he can even fight at his old age, and you guys are just unethical and inhumane to force an elder to 'fight' and say that he's 'trash' when he doesnt perform well.
I believe Nobiluga should be ranked higher. Nobiluga can snipe units like Doge, Snache, and even those guys if you time it right. He is also a very good ranged meat shield due to him always dying without even being hit. Truly an incredible unit.
I feel like with the earlier lugas they said "ok, how are we gonna make this stupid op? 1250 range slow? 800 range freeze? 99% strengthen with 100 kb? How about we just give it the most ranged damage in the game?"

Damage and defense are unsalvagable, but literally 1.5 or 2 seconds off of his hit speed would make him so much better. A range and mov speed buff would also really help his case. There are no traits other than maybe insanely tough against aku that would help him out so unless ponos fucks up BIG TIME (which they've got a mean streak with concerning the lugas), we may just have something to look forward to.

As a free-to-play player, I’m extremely lucky to get Shishi and Luffy as my first two Lugas, they’ve carried me thru both the majority of SOL and UL (even the Jagando Invasion somehow). Also surprised Kubi wasn’t too low and as always, nobody talks about Bru-I mean Bikinilan.
Shishi is good but people thought he was a top 5 uber which he’s not but now he’s overlooked because people realized he’s not a top 5 uber and so he fell below his actual rank, so sad for my boy shishi.
I kinda like the fact that the nekolugas are a group of support-class ubers (most of them), but I do wish they have more faster cooldown and survivability
Papaluga is a very powerful unit when it comes to stats. The combination of high health and 5 knockbacks leads him to stay alive for a long time when summoned. Thanks to the powerful surge, he is also able to deliver high and consistent damage to midrangers and backliners, such as Le'noir and R.Ost, while also intercepting incoming peons and keeping enemies that are extremely easy to knockback at bay, such as Gory variants, Brollow, Rain D. and Mr. Puffington. Lastly, he can even be used for "base trapping": if you have him hit a base and trigger a boss wave, his surge will instantly hit and severely cripple anything that comes out, sometimes making a massive difference. Just remember that due to his blindspot, he will perform too well against zombies and short ranged pushers, such as Bore or One Horn. Damage isn't all he has though: his curse ability lets him disable enemies' Knockback, Slow, Freeze, Weaken, Warp, Curse, Dodge Attack and Toxic abilities. Since it has good uptime, this makes him even more useful against enemies with annoying abilities like Super Metal Hippoe, Crazed Axe Cat, Henry, Winged Pigge, Gobble, Heavenly Herald Papuu, and all Relics. There are, however, rare instances in which his Curse ability can be counterproductive, such as against some units with Warp, who would become unable to warp any attackers they reach to safety. This is most notable against Final Boss Giga God. Man, if only Papaluga's TF gave him like a level 5 surge attack on his final hit. He'd still be terrible because of multi hit, but a surge can potentially (heavy emphasis on potentially) fix his DPS issue and curse uptime. The way I see it, curse is already very limited in utility. But when its not 100% uptime, its completely useless.

Additional Luffy usage i’ve found is using him as an anti aku of sorts; his high damage can break shields, and long range can avoid surge, and one of his star moments for me was practically decimating jagando :)

I own 5/10 lugas, and seeing you list 3 of the ones I own at 10, 9, and 8 physically hurts my soul. Here I was thinking I was lucky for getting so many lugas from random rare tickets, and I got Furiluga from a platinum ticket. But no, they're trash tier garbage (apart from Furiluga, I can defiantly get some use out of him.) Togeluga was and is the only Luga I will ever true form until I get Teco. The lugas are defiantly a set that looks cool on paper but plays terribly in practice. If I wasn't such a collector, I would have 100 extra NP right now :/

I was so mad when Shishilan got put at #2, I got jebaited so hard I screamed. But I can't disagree Luffy is absolutely godlike. But it still hurts, especially after shishilan carried me in ogre island today.
People say Nobiluga is trash but honestly from him being my first uber he has really helped me beat a lot of stages in like into the future, and stories of legend. As in stories of legend he out ranged the sloth and was able to take out some other annoying enemies.
I am a proud owned of the first three lugas with the boss killer lv 40 and with max damage buff talent, for the other two I have balalan lv 30 without catfruit and the other one lv 10.

I was originally pissed that shishilan was second to luffy(luffy is still amazing btw), but then I remembered I have both of them, and their true forms(both of which are absolutely amazing).
Something that could absolutely fix curse is make enemies affected by it take either 50% extra or double damage. Coupled with the low amount of effective curses, I think this would both not be too op, and allow a lot of currently bad units to be very useable as a support
@@XskullDrSkull How about this: make Curses also disable abilities that don't define how the unit attacks (such as Single-target and LD). Making Curse also able to nullify Waves and Surge would make it so much better. DKasli would still be even more OP tho.
I always had a nekoluga idea: trashylan. Would have horrible stats at non Evo form. Evo: Trashalan passalan he would have really good range like tessalan but would have a blind spot next to him. His main use would be for support and for his weaken to all traits (except metal). His attack would be to throw a big dumpster at a good distance which would in turn shoot out trash at a further range. He would be very fragile and die really fast but would make up for it with high atk. His true form would change his attack entirely along with his health and specialty. His true form would instead smash the ground with a dumpster a few times and with each successful hit, it would make a wave attack. True form would also make him have more health but less attack and he gains strength after going below 60% and gains 25% extra damage. Talents would allow him to gain surge immunity plus wave immunity.
Shishi, luffy and cyber carried me early game, i poured my meager np into cyber, then filled the rest of the slots with spammable meatsheilds and fair damage dealers like camera and ramen, sometimes it would take a full 15 minutes, but as long as i managed the wallet well early into the stage they were unstoppable, then the lineup became even more cracked when i gained access to chronos and dark mitama, just had to switch between the two depending on how trait heavy the stage was. I only stopped using it because I wanted to actually learn how to play the game and learn how to time and such
I was super happy to get legeluga as my second legend rare but I was quickly disappointed, it only helped me in one or two stages in aku realms. Maybe if I use it just a little more I could see something, anything else good about it. On the bright side, Luffalan big damage.
Honestly, legeluga is the only legend that I would seriously suggest just trading for np, because talents on other units are worth way more than he ever will be, because I don't even see his inevitable future tf fixing him

I want to go and cry in a corner after seeing that my boi shishi is not number 1 anymore. He was my second uber and also the fist uber which I tf. I used him a lot till itf chapter 3 then I got baby gao, amatarsu, gaia, kasli the bane, kasli the scrouge, catman and aphro and his useability got low(but still he was the reason I got bullet train cat and maniac island easily). TL;DR: Luffy and Shishilian are the only “good” ubers in this set Everyone else, including the LR, is either sub-par at best or fail horrendously. Don’t ever roll this set unless you like wasting resources or are just a collector. Great Video btw Xskull, I was wondering how you were going to to tackle Shishilian vs Luffy Now for the opinion part: Imma preference this to say that I’ve never gotten Luffy, but from the video I can tell that he’s really good LD, DPS and is definitely top tier. Shishilian, on the other hand, is a nuker with strengthen at high % which is pretty insane. Unfortunately his ATK SPD and SPD is very slow. This may not seem like a big deal, but it can cause a lot of problems similarly to Akira: takes forever to get in range, Very slow Atk, easy to get KBd. This doesn’t weigh Shishilian as much as Akira due to the fact that he is built to Tank and Nuke, but I can definitely see this as an issue especially late game. Keep in mind that both have their different niche’s and both of them are a great pick, but late game Luffy is just god-like especially in boss-stages.

I don't know much about the game and just got luffy, had to check if he was good. Enjoying that I own what might be a "top 10 uber", but a little peeved knowing he won't shine until late game and i think I'm in early game lol. At least I'm a big one piece fan and can enjoy having luffy!

I can't tell if this game hates me or loves me. One of my first ubers was Balaluga. Then, this game gave me Papaluga and Summerluga, and for a very long time I wasn't getting any other Lugas. But then, within the past 2 months, I got Tecoluga and Togeluga.
What also adds to luffy is that he has no blindspot so he can defend himself somewhat when the enemies push too hard and meatshields are awfully close to him
Most people expect the nekolugas (or at least most of them) to be overpowered given their sheer size and grotesque appearances, despite it being the contrary. I actually find it kind of fitting that the nekolugas are fragil as fuck and most don’t amount to anything gamebreaking. They’re skeletons, which explains their frailty. Also, the fact that they’re lifeless skeletons implies that they died fighting in a previous life. Perhaps they died because of their poor attack strength? So maybe their mediocrity carries on into a second life.🤔

People say Nobiluga is trash but honestly from him being my first uber he has really helped me beat a lot of stages in like into the future, and stories of legend. As in stories of legend he out ranged the sloth and was able to take out some other annoying enemies.

Papaluga is actually really good, there’s a strategy against Korea (the hardest stage in the game) where you use him to get tank cat, an amazing unit

Something that could absolutely fix curse is make enemies affected by it take either 50% extra or double damage. Coupled with the low amount of effective curses, I think this would both not be too op, and allow a lot of currently bad units to be very useable as a support
Unfortunately that would make Dkasli even more broken so there’s some balancing issues.
I had an idea about a debuff like that, but I called it like Cripple or smth and it was 10% and separate from Curse.
Well, the best and only viable use of Curse is against Aliens. (They mostly have crowd-controllers, unlike most traits that rely ob pure stats alone.)

I always had a nekoluga idea: trashylan. Would have horrible stats at non Evo form. Evo: Trashalan passalan he would have really good range like tessalan but would have a blind spot next to him. His main use would be for support and for his weaken to all traits (except metal). His attack would be to throw a big dumpster at a good distance which would in turn shoot out trash at a further range. He would be very fragile and die really fast but would make up for it with high atk. His true form would change his attack entirely along with his health and specialty. His true form would instead smash the ground with a dumpster a few times and with each successful hit, it would make a wave attack. True form would also make him have more health but less attack and he gains strength after going below 60% and gains 25% extra damage. Talents would allow him to gain surge immunity plus wave immunity.

Shishi, luffy and cyber carried me early game, i poured my meager np into cyber, then filled the rest of the slots with spammable meatsheilds and fair damage dealers like camera and ramen, sometimes it would take a full 15 minutes, but as long as i managed the wallet well early into the stage they were unstoppable, then the lineup became even more cracked when i gained access to chronos and dark mitama, just had to switch between the two depending on how trait heavy the stage was. I only stopped using it because I wanted to actually learn how to play the game and learn how to time and such

Luffy is literally my first super rare uber that I've ever won, which I received for a legendary ticket
I was super happy to get legeluga as my second legend rare but I was quickly disappointed, it only helped me in one or two stages in aku realms. Maybe if I use it just a little more I could see something, anything else good about it. On the bright side, Luffalan big damage.
Honestly, legeluga is the only legend that I would seriously suggest just trading for np, because talents on other units are worth way more than he ever will be, because I don't even see his inevitable future tf fixing him

in my opinion legeluga is not that bad of a legend rare infact he is pretty good at taking out brollows when they are in stacks also love your videos keep up the good work.
I was super lucky and got him but even though he is worse compared to other legend rares he is really good for his price and is very reliable but his niche abilities and slow recharge make it really hard to use him…

I want to go and cry in a corner after seeing that my boi shishi is not number 1 anymore. He was my second uber and also the fist uber which I tf. I used him a lot till itf chapter 3 then I got baby gao, amatarsu, gaia, kasli the bane, kasli the scrouge, catman and aphro and his useability got low(but still he was the reason I got bullet train cat and maniac island easily). I have a soft spot in my heart for him and he will always be my favourite ubere has

Everyone else, including the LR, is either sub-par at best or fail horrendously. Don’t ever roll this set unless you like wasting resources or are just a collector. Great Video btw Xskull, I was wondering how you were going to to tackle Shishilian vs Luffy
Now for the opinion part:
Imma preference this to say that I’ve never gotten Luffy, but from the video I can tell that he’s really good LD, DPS and is definitely top tier. Shishilian, on the other hand, is a nuker with strengthen at high % which is pretty insane. Unfortunately his ATK SPD and SPD is very slow. This may not seem like a big deal, but it can cause a lot of problems similarly to Akira: takes forever to get in range, Very slow Atk, easy to get KBd. This doesn’t weigh Shishilian as much as Akira due to the fact that he is built to Tank and Nuke, but I can definitely see this as an issue especially late game. Keep in mind that both have their different niche’s and both of them are a great pick, but late game Luffy is just god-like especially in boss-stages.

I don't know much about the game and just got luffy, had to check if he was good. Enjoying that I own what might be a "top 10 uber", but a little peeved knowing he won't shine until late game and i think I'm in early game lol. At least I'm a big one piece fan and can enjoy having luffy!

id say shishilan helps alot more with most levels than luffy does so i like shishilan more. also that raw damage is wonderful for most manic stages
i say luffy does more help on some stages too he can attack way wuicker then shishi with his tons of damage but if theres stages where theres too many peones i say shishi but i like luffy way more

I can't tell if this game hates me or loves me.
One of my first ubers was Balaluga. Then, this game gave me Papaluga and Summerluga, and for a very long time I wasn't getting any other Lugas.
But then, within the past 2 months, I got Tecoluga and Togeluga.
As a Shishi fan, I am coping, malding, and getting real
What also adds to luffy is that he has no blindspot so he can defend himself somewhat when the enemies push too hard and meatshields are awfully close to him
Most people expect the nekolugas (or at least most of them) to be overpowered given their sheer size and grotesque appearances, despite it being the contrary.
I actually find it kind of fitting that the nekolugas are fragil as fuck and most don’t amount to anything gamebreaking. They’re skeletons, which explains their frailty. Also, the fact that they’re lifeless skeletons implies that they died fighting in a previous life. Perhaps they died because of their poor attack strength? So maybe their mediocrity carries on into a second life.🤔
