What about the reason for prison is to keep dangerous people away from the public. Not punishment but public safety. I do agree that 30 years for the 14 year old was wrong and he is one who should have been in rehabilitation.
I agree, I recon if prisons or appropriate authorities, look at the cases of people and decide from there, okay this person was a kid, did this due to the situation they’re in, it was wrong, do they understand it was wrong, have they shown and continue to show remorse, yes or no, yes, attempt rehabilitation.
