I think the main culprit is the owner and the innocent-eyed guy was just bribed/threatened. Though my only evidence is that she also has a mole on her nose
yeah it could be likely since other than his innocent looking eyes, his entire characteristic look fairly plain and its unlikely that he would show his innocent looking eyes to the victim to note down moments before his death. The others have much more unique features like bear skin, stitched-up face, obese/knife enthusiast, gas mask, covered in blood like fluid, friend, mohawk, and suspicious aura.
Aaaah I love how the music tells a story! Those little guitar riffs in the background are catchy. It’s also awesome that the video and animation matches the flow of the story. The art is soooo good! Great illustration, really fell in love with the artstyle and music. (Plus, Gumi with the kappa is so cute!! She sounds realistic in this song too, almost like a human)

Nah in manbo-p's stories it's usually the opposite of what the narrator's saying. In this case, they're all clearly murderers, but Gumi is too poor of a detective to catch them. She thinks the one innocent person is a bad guy because they clearly can't be that innocent. So when the murderers actually kill someone and pin it on the innocent guy, she believes he's guilty and they get away with it, hence them all being happy at the end when he get's taken away.

The hotel, the rain storm, name of the song are obvious parallels. If you take the 8 suspects plus Gumi and the victim you get 10 people. "And Then There Were None" has 10 characters. There's probably more parallels but I'm too lazy to find all of them. Although Lombard does emulate "Innocent eyes" pretty well.
