Glad you made it through that, and to a place where positive feelings exist. Something I heard a long time ago that I think is good advice to everyone, is to never make a permanent decision based on a temporary feeling.
I'm so glad you feel a lot better. I hope you keep staying strong. You are absolutely beautiful, you're young and have a lot of beautiful wonderful years ahead of you. So, brace yourself and know that things may not be rosy all the time, but you can totally overcome whatever challenges that you may be having. I have my own challenges everyday too, and my hair shades or breaks when I'm stressed out too, but I make efforts to feed healthy and to stay positive by praying to God Almighty about it, talking/saying positive things to myself in the mirror, dance to the music, etc. Just know that tough times don't last, only tough people do. So, no matter how long the challenge may be, it will pass. Joy comes in the morning, just like in your own case, literally speaking. Stay strong, beautiful young lady. God bless and protect you in Christ's name. Amen 🙏🏽
Just be that person you saw in the mirror! You’re very pretty. You may not feel that way. I’ve seen beautiful people not feel beautiful! So it comes down to attitude!
Don’t forget your value, Jesus Christ lived a perfect life, is the son of god and died because he loves you. That’s that value you, me and everyone hada here on earth 🙏
I've been hospitalized 3 times for severe depression/thoughts of unaliving myself. I'm glad you made it through and woke up to a fresh perspective. But also know that if those feelings are overwhelming, it's okay to seek help and go to hospital.
i’m so sorry to hear that you’ve experienced that. and although the morning that i filmed this may have been an optimistic one, i know that this is likely not a set perspective and i probably won’t feel like this every single morning going forward. it’s about progress. and thank you, i agree, it’s perfectly healthy to reach out when things get more difficult than we can really handle.
"Trust in Jehovah [God] with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths." (That's Proverbs chapter 3 verses 5 and 6 from the Bible.) If you read a little of the Bible each day and obey it, I think you'll feel secure every day (not too low or too high but right in the middle) knowing the strongest and most important person cares for you and not worrying about what people think. I do that and I feel that way. Stay strong and attractive as you are.
i do actively read the Bible actually, i just try to keep religion aside from my videos so as to connect with more people that may otherwise be distraught by my mentioning of it. but thank you for the reminder, i’m grateful my words reached to a likeminded person
@@angst__ it's good to hear that you read the Bible because I was worried when I saw this video. When I write I try to write what God would approve of and sometimes that could be controversial with people, but I think that's part of the territory with progress. i’m actively doing my best to change what i can in my life for the better, and adjusting my habits accordingly. i meant waiting for change as in waiting for negative feelings to pass and not acting on them. thank you for the advice💗
Hey! You are not alone young one. Do not hurt yourself! Ya got looks and life is so much more than being weighed down by tumultuous stress. I battle stress , anxiety and depression daily. But you battle through it, each n every day. Don’t give up❤️🙏⚡️
@angst__ Thank you☺️⚡️ But seriously. Don’t hurt yourself. You have worth and value even if sometimes it’s hard to see. Hey, look into spirituality. It woke me up when I discovered it🙏⚡️❤️
What makes you down or better yet, what is causing you to believe your not precious enough to continue to live? Why do U want to take away from this world a beautiful light? I am confused!
You aren't including the context she mentioned in the video. She isn't saying life is all about looks. Her hair falling out was a major stress to her and upset her a lot. Then later she was able to look in the mirror and accept herself and love herself.
Depression, for many people, is the souls way of trying to throw off those limiting thoughts that keep it tightly wound. Your subconscious mind, given time to process your feelings during your sleep; rebirthed you. I know this sounds strange, but death is not always physical. Sometimes death is emotional or spiritual. When you said you had to give it up; by not taking a drastic action against your body, you gave your mind the permission to give up limitations that have been holding you back. Bravo young Sister, welcome to phase 2.0 of your adult life
It might not hurt to get checked out for a disorder in case your self-diagnosis of stress is not the correct answer. Hair coming out in clumps could be a symptom of something more serious. It's better to know earlier than when a diagnosis comes too late. If you are correct and it is only stress, than you can continue to progress like you are doing now.
i’m actually beginning therapy once again in january during which i’ll be assessed for certain mood disorders…hopefully it goes well. stress like this for me is often temporary anyway, however i appreciate the concern, thank you
@@angst__ I was thinking more physical disorders like an autoimmune issue with the hair loss. I hope your therapist recommends an assessment with a physician too in addition to a psychiatrist for the mental checkup. Stay well; you have plenty of great years ahead of you.
Immediately go take the free class "The science of well being" at Yale University through Coursera follow the steps. Laurie Santos Teaches it. It helps and your thought process of what your mind is doing will be more clear. It doesn't fix everything but it will make things more clear about what is causing your feelings. It made a big difference for me and 10's of thousands of people. Go do it and I wish you the best.

i’ve heard this before and i often remind myself of it when i feel like acting on such feelings. thank you for the reminder
Correct 💯
