Hey, I just gotta say, I'm sorry you had to try and learn the basics most all of us learn, from your mother. It would be tough learning from someone who stressed you out like that. My mom, bless her heart, was a neat freak about her home and tried to teach me to be the same. Unfortunately, the "tidy gene" just wasn't in my DNA. She never ragged on me though. My own home wasn't ever dirty. But it was never as neat as Mom's was. (There's a difference between dirty and cluttered lol) I folded my family's sheets the best I could and shoved them into the closet. For some reason in December, Mom was on my mind one day while changing my bed linens. I challenged myself to learn to fold my sheets. I'm a gramma now and my wonderful mom has departed this Earth. I wanted to try and fix my messy linen closet in her honor. I wish you well. I hope your Christmas was great and that the new year brings you loads of happiness and a tidy stack of sheets! 🙂 God bless 💜
It’s funny I watched another video before scrolling down to hers. Couldn’t get it gave up and folded it anyway. See hers and she made more sense, the clarity in her words, and the visuals made it way more easier. I’m going to have to try this one again..

what does being a software engineer have to do with anything? folding sheets and engineering software are two completely different skill sets. it's like someone saying "i'm arborist and i still can't make a beef wellington."

My issue had to do with which side of the sheet I was manipulating, and also the last step that requires holding the three corners and look for the other one to form a square. It’s an algorithm, follow it to the T and you’ll be good. Just pay attention to details.

Yay the rest of the steps, Thank you. I had the beginning outside corners folded together & then sorta made the rest up to resemble a square 😂. I agree it is harder with a King sheet, especially since I’m 5”, but you are a tiny thing too so I have confidence “I can do hard things” 😊 Your instructions are great.
Nice! I live in an apt. Bldg. And the dryers are such a pain, i take my clothes and sheets fold them wet, roll them if nec. And when i get back they are less wrinkled than just shoving them back in the basket til i get home.😊

That's how I fold mine. Then I put it and the folded flat sheet inside the pilllow case to go in my linen closet.
