I got a set last Christmas and they are the best pans I've ever used. They have held up great. I cook on them 4-5 times a week and still perform like the first time I seasoned them

After using these for a while now I wouldn't recommend as a great non stick pan. It's a good utility pan but the non stick is hard to maintain. Ill have to follow up this review.
@@BoudreauxsBackyard just get a cheap non stick pan and replace it every couple years and just them for delicate things like omelet the rest just use stainless or carbon steel. Hex clad is suppose to be the best of both but ends up not as good as either one. They also don’t last very long if you are rough. They are just non stick with extra steps

i work for the company, there made to mimic cast iron pans so if you use them right out of the box with no seasoning there gonna stick but if you season it oil seeps down into the pan holes and that’s what creates the non stick film
@@patolek1990it’s non stick but not as nonstick as full Teflon pans however are way more durable and you can use stuff such as metal utensils and can put them in an oven at way higher temps and gets better a better sear on meat with the part steel construction
If you didn’t use the spray it wouldn’t be non-Stick. Not a true non-stick pan. I can make an egg swirl with my seasoned stainless, carbon steel, or cast iron if I use oil or butter.
@John Cena you both didn’t get his point. He meant to say that his normal stainless steel pan would also be “non stick” if he puts oil in it. Because in the video he claims hexclad is non stick but proceeds to oil it.

If you haven’t already been diagnosed with the disorder, then your symptoms are likely not too detrimental to your daily functioning and you’re more likely just a perfectionist, easily irritated and a control freak like me. If that is so, suck it up and channel that anxiety toward your environment inwards and improve your own flaws and shortcomings (easier said than done I know). Either way I’d avoid typing weird comments like this, and I’d phrase it differently if you really have the disorder - but this TH-cam so who cares lol.

Before being paid by these Hexclad BS artists Gordon Ramsay used to promote Scanpan. Now those are awesome pans! Nonstick but you can use high heat to sear steaks with them too! Expensive but I have no regrets buying one a year ago. I still use it and it still performs!
There good so far. Not the greatest sear pan but they hold their own. I’m rough with pans and always use metal in them which is why I bought these so I’ll see how they hold up after the abuse

Almost wasted big money on these pans, but then I saw Project Farm’s comparison and got the Granitestone that outperforms these in every test, including durability for 1/5th the price!! And they are excellent.
It's partial non-stick. The silver bit is stainless steel and will stick. The grey bit is normal teflon and doesn't stick. Teflon is worn away by heat like any other non-stick pan.
@@jeff2758 That was a good catch on the extra pepper, but you can see that the shape of the eggs didn't change at all, and there was one large fleck of pepper in exactly the same place, so it looks like it was the same eggs and that more pepper was just added right before the flip.
I did that with my $300 set, without any seasoning and or olive oil before the eggs, 3 years ago, and they're still working the same, no sticking at all.
It's not a chef on the planet that woild use a skillet like this. They use carbon steel or iron. Completely different flavor using carbon steel or iron VS nonstick. Carbon steel and iron are nonstick as well and it never scratches off. I have an iron pan that I use thats almost a hundred years old.

The egg did stick and left some behind despite the oil. That's because the hex design leaves raised stainless steel in contact with the food
