Great series!! Do you digitize the placement stitches into the sequel of the design (esp for the kisscut patches)? I have your digitizing courses and trying to figure it out.
Hey John, If I was doing a big order for 4000 patches, would it be easier to stitch it all out (border included) then laser cut it? The issue with that is that sometimes the laser cutter alignment isn't great. Or would it be better to stitch the bulk of the design out and get a merrow machine for the border? Trying to find the best time efficient way. I recently finished an order of 5000 patches and cut them all out by hand 😅
The most cost effective way would be to purchase blank finished patches that already have a Merrow edge although I know that isn’t always possible depending on the design. If those types of quantities become consistent, then laser cutting the twill and getting a merrow machine would be very worthwhile, keeping in mind you will have a bit of a learning curve.
@@EmbroideryLegacy Thank you so much for the reply, you legend. I did think a merrow machine would be the best option as the designs are rather unique shapes. I think I will look into a Merrow machine and learn on the side after inner circle lessons. Thank you again ☺️
Great vid! Love the in-depth tutorials, hope you keep making them!
Good video thanks looks good
You're welcome! Happy stitching! 😊
