I don't understand what MCR "fans" accomplish by hating on Gee and Frank for their new music. Personally, I love his new album. I think it's amazing, and I really enjoy the different sound. But if you really are a fan, you'd support the guys in whatever career decision they make. None of them are dead, they're all still making music and doing what they love. They're happy. My Chem was amazing, but all good things must come to an end. Their memory will carry on.

Okay, first of all, I am a HUGE MCR fan
Second, why do we need to wish MCR is going to get back together? Breaking the band up was probably the best thing to do for Gerard. He broke the band up for reasons that could have changed his life if he didn't break up the band. He was depressed guys. Can't we leave him alone?
Yeah, I wish they were still together but I am not going to beg for it or leave it off in the comments like a hopeless person. Whatever comes out in the end should be that. Also, we should love him for everything that he does. Wr should be supportive of him.

I'm gonna be truthful here.
I hate the fans of Gerard Way. Most of the time they are just MCR fans who don't want to get over the fact that MCR is never gonna get back together or even for a reunion. I bet Gerard feels like people aren't even listening to his solo stuff, they just want to pester him about MCR and if they get back together. (Which is never.) I liked the Hesitant Alien album but from my stand point it is a different person, in a different band, playing different music. Not MCR.
I couldn't agree more. I absolutely LOVE MCR still, but as an "IDEA". I am also really into everyone's solo stuff too though. Yes, I admit I too wish for MCR to get back together but the odds of that are 1 in a Millions. I would rather have all the members doing something they love, being happy, and most importantly, being ALIVE (referring to Gerard's relapse). They are all grown up and some people just need to accept that even though I too find it difficult. Just remember we will always burn as bright. (:

I totally agree with you. I myself have always been obsessed with MCR and actually only started listening to Gerard's CD because I realized that I can go to his show tomorrow! I couldn't go not knowing the lyrics. And it's epic!! Of course it sucks that MCR is no more but I'm just so thankful that Gerard is making music again and touring so we can see him live and his new music is epic. I can't wait to see him live again :')
I really support the former MCR member's solo careers with passion, it's just so sad to think that behind Gerard, there's no little Frank that trashes around breaking stuff and injuring members including himself, there's no Genius Frofro Ray that headbangs with his luscious Fro and there's no Statue of Mikey. What I mean is, they might sound good and make good music individually, but together they are unstoppable. They might say that they're okay and they've already move on, we can't deny the fact that with each other they are much more alive.
