This is the one aspect that sets apart live performers and music composers, and trust me this ain't easy. Any avg japanese song will make you cry trynna find chords and whatnot. Keep grinding with your instrument and you'll know in time what level you're at in guessing scales and chords.
Omg thank you! I've been trying to learn but every time I come across a video about cord progressions they just say what the cord progressions are but never like, actually explain what notes to use and whatnot
"Chords progression" - how do you do that part when you dont press 3 keys at the same time... With your right hand. It looked so complex... Like... What! How is that done with what you explained?

I know this might sound like a very stupid thing to ask, but bear with me - i am beginner: So the left hand plays basicly the "deeper/ bass kind" of the Key notes in that case and the right plays the higher key notes as the melody? But in essence they play the same notes just different octaves?!

No, that's a completely confusing and erroneous way of thinking about it. Most simple songs are in one key. It's the key that you talk about not the scale even though they are related. You would say this song is in A minor or this song is in C etc IN meaning in the key of....

Im a young jazz pianist and i improvise on the pentatonic scale, its a vert popular scale and i also use the blue scale
