VIJAY SAW Friend that expression comes from v=ldi/dt which we yave to integrate to find i.in 1 Phase half wave current goes from o to i so 1 Factor is there but in single phase full wave current goes from -i to i so when we integrate i by this limit it give factor 2 .

generally source inductance will be present on the either side of source.So in the above video 2 is used. In bimbra he considered only one inductance. But in general take 2.
