I love it! At 12:28, they run the song title across the screen and it says, "All My Trails." Ha! The letters "a" and "I" were switched around in the word "Trials." What a flub!

Great but live band playing to a backing track, I'd know Chris Whitten's drumming anywhere in the Macca catalogue. At 14:27 Blair is playing hi-hats but the track, played by CW, is on the ride cymbal. Listen to those 16ths on the ride in Let It bE - that is Chris. No doubts. In fact all drums are CW. Easy to spot his style and THAT super Noble and Cooley kit he played. Blair is a different player (a great player too). Still it's great to hear this band which after Wings 76 crew was my fave of the Macca solo era. Robbie Mac is a superb and vastly under rated player too

The band is fantastic, I also love Whitten and Macintosh. Curious thing is that if you hear taping of several early tour shows Whitten slowed down a lot of songs, then he improved immensely as the tour went ahead. Also Hamish Stuart is a perfect multi instrumentalist and great singer, he even try to sing like Paul in most of the harmonies, that's finesse.

Robbie is the best guitarist Paul's ever had

fastrelief Agree totally - Hamish and Robbie!
You are very right that Hamish harmonizes perfectly with Paul. Can’t think of a better match.
This lineup was so smooth and pleasant sounding compared to the last rather rowdy lineup. Of course Paul still sounded great in 1990.

@@fastrelief the tempo of the tunes in that band would have been set by the boss - Paul. Most musicians he works with make no bones about fact that Paul is in total control. But, and importante, also how nice a fellow he is:) Maybe he felt more comfortable playing live at slightly faster tempos Not uncommon for the feel of a song to change as tours go on. I could listen to this band for hours and hours and hours....:) It would be a dream gig for any musician!

@@andyloftube Yes indeed, fun fact is many people criticized Paul vocals on those tour, I love his performances of that period even if he was raspy on the top like in Maybe I'm Amazed. He took many risks and sang with passion and power. The band was simply amazing, way better than the most recent line up imho

That video of the Beatles singing Let it Be where David Frost interviewed them did have an audience that joined them on stage, but it was a promotional video and the members of the audience were “extras”. They were singing with a prerecorded background. Not a regular live concert performance with a typical audience. I believe that is why he said he never performed it live. Not like when they toured.
