Yes I just ordered this one, so I'm anxious to see it in the flesh. However, it can be said to be based on Rider Waite (Golden Dawn) as the positions of Justice and Strength are switched from the original Marseilles decks. So I would definitely call this a Rider Waite deck as that is the most distinguishing feature between the two.

Wow.. Interesting "coincidence" - I was offered and agreed upon a deck trade where I will get this deck, I would have never guessed this would happen , considering it's a fairly new deck fresh out of oven.. Now for hoping I will love it in person as much as from afar :)

These cards have an interesting art style. Reminds me of the Grimms fairy tales.

What are the meanings of the "extra" cards like The Tempest and Doctor Falke and etc? I have the companion book and it doesn't cover them.
I'm not sure - I was hoping the companion book would give me some information!
