Same boat about my menstrual cycle messing up my motivation to do things. I'm a highly sensitive person so I have highs and lows in a deep way, but out of nowhere I am all over the place and not able to keep my attention to something for too long then eventually I'm really moody about it. Just a sudden lost of interest and being in my head when periods come around are rough when I need to get things done.
It's just so crazy how easily you inspire me. I just immediately want to get up and draw alongside you!

I feel you! Used to have a heavy premenstrual syndrome with zero creative energy. Taking some amino acids like L-theanine helped a little. I read GABA works very well, too.

Hey there, My absolute favorite was the landscape. Please don't trash your landscapes. You might do about 20 more of them to find your voice in them. Also consider layering with transparency and glazing with darks over lights and lights over darks. I also see a lot of potential with your collage pieces. Have you ever looked at Matisse's Cut-Outs? This is a great route for your explorations. Fantastic new directions Paloma! Keep stretching outside your comfort zone. Bravo for your courage! ❤
