Beginner tip: Add some glue to same amount of normal water, and apply the mixture on the inner volume of the speaker. Then spread some wood dust or saw dust on that surface. Do it 2-4 times for a better sound quality and density. I don't know the exact wordings, but it works wonders, trust me. Otherwise, great build!

Why does this work?
It might work on a box. Though you could achive the same goal by gluing A couple of sticks to the wall. A tube does not vibrate as much.

I actually did something similar, but on a smaller scale, using the amplifier out of a 10wpc stereo Bluetooth speaker that I didn’t like the sound on, and 2 4-inch full range speakers from an old Sony CMT-NE3 micro component system. It didn’t sound half bad! The only issue with the sound was that the original boxes had a port above the driver (which resembles a tweeter in the Sony design) and my speaker pipe had 2 drivers in a box as well sealed as I could make it: they were fighting the air spring in the box, and it sounded boomy as a result. It wasn’t the amp’s DSP. I actually hooked the amp to the original Sony boxes and it sounded absolutely incredible, part of what made be do the project anyway! Maybe the next step would be putting each driver in its own separate pipe. Might make a trip to the hardware store over the summer!

There are a few things wrong in this build.
1. These are woofers, not full range speakers, so the sound will distort alot when u crank the volume and the high end of the spectrum would sound muffled.
2. The air volume of the speaker compartment is too low for these woofers plus that giant hole would make weird noises.
3. You didn't completely seal the speakers from one another and they are in the same phase so technically they're fighting and cancelling out each other instead of working together.
If u fix these issues the sound quality will improve significantly.

Плот Ххх и отверстия, без фазоинверторов направлены не в окружающее пространство, а в одну камеру, где звук и поглощается, можно было из них г образные трубки вывести и щели заделать

Either need more wattage to the speakers or lower wattage speakers to get more cone movement. Also, coaxial speaker would be much better for sound quakity. Great project. I wouod like to also try this.

You should try the fxtreme DB450 DSP amp! it is wayy better then any other boards available, and it has literally everything already build in, bluetooth, DSP, 4 channels (or 2, Bridged) and even a freakin step up booster! so basically a AIO lol.... i already bought it a few weeks ago and it really is the best amp money can buy
And it's 4 time 50W or 2 times 120W, 8 bought one a few days ago😂😁
Power isn't everything anyways if you know how to design am enclosure wich would be easy in this case and I'm certain with the right tuning and some tweeters it'll preform and sound better all day

The connection of speaker will affect the Bass output. You can try changing + and -

напряжение 12 вольт маленькое для такого усилителя, надо 24. динамики мидбасовые или даже сабвуферные, значит нужны твитеры и кроссоверы. в кроссоверах не шарю. у динамиков ход большой - значит нужен большой объем и фазик, но в данном случае - пассивки.

There are a few ways to avoid the hiss. I just use 2 separate batteries 1 for Bluetooth and another for the amplifier & I have no hiss. There are also devices like a ground loop isolator & other to help with this issue.

@@ryanluiz2703 it indeed has bass-treble knobs but with that design, doesn't matter if you raise highs to the max, the sound won't be clear. So tweeters and crossovers are necessary.
@@andrijenong8941 nah...if those drivers were fullrange, the sound would be a lot clearer. Those drivers seems to be designed for medium to low freqs (woofer)

Самое неудачное расположение динамиков - это по бокам труб, хотя удобное для монтажа. Хорошие акустические данные будут, если их установить с фронта. Выпиливаешь округлую часть, выпрямляешь и клеешь,а на неë в уже проделаные отверстия ставишь динамики."Кулибин" забыл обклеить внутренние стенки звукопоглощающим материалом.
Thank you for nice video.You need more battery for 200 watt amplifier for keep charging for long time. For 8 hours working time you will need 39 paralel battery and if you battery will 3.4 AH . I dont now how many batteries you used and how many AH in it but it seems very littlle.I think it will discharge very fast.Greetings from Azerbaijan

In my opinion you had to put a Twitter, it feels bad without high frequency.

Этот усилок выдаёт реально 100 Вт при соответствующем напряжении питания. Но в таком корпусе и на таких динамиках - полный отстой. Была такая же мысль, но посчитав расходы, труды, время, проще купить что то готовое.
Шёл шёл трубу блин нашёл корпус от пылесоса ракета наверное или кусок каналолизационки))) и вообще я офигеваю таких роликов подкинул а потом включил дурака типа нашел....

Âm thanh bị trộn, sôi, rè, không sạch, bass ít, nhiều mi, chéc không có. Nói chung làm chơi khi rảnh việc thui chứ nghe gì.
Loa toàn dãy mà bác,em nghĩ muốn rõ tiếng thì có loa riêng về các dãy tần mới sạch tiếng được
Giá của cái loa này rất đắt, riêng vỏ loa cũng mấy trăm rồi. 2 bịt đầu 200 pvc 90k/cái, 50cm ống pvc 200 ~=100k(234k/mét). 2chân =30k,tay sách 10k...£= 320k(chắc bạn tận dụng vật tư thôi)
Đôi loa toàn dải 16cm hàng chợ cũng phải 300k. Mạch khuếch đại, mạch phân tần, mạch giải mã âm thanh bluetooth, mạch led hiển thi pin..4 mạch cũng khoảng 4 -500k. Khối pin 18650 ~ 200k,mạch nháy tự chế, giắc, công tắc.v..v. tính tổng sơ sơ cũng hơn triệu. Chưa bàn đến chất lượng âm thanh, bạn rất sáng tạo nhưng sáng tạo phải kèm theo kinh tế. Chả ai rước cái loa hơn triệu bày lên bàn mà nhìn rất chi là tự chế như vậy. Nói chung chỉ là cái thùng loa thôi chứ trừ mạch nháy thì bạn bỏ ra khá tiền để mua. Vài lời chia sẻ nếu có gì chưa chính sác bạn bỏ qua cho nha.
