Like the software set up, where can I obtain that software to play and have the same kind of set up? Also can the table include more than just 4 players? Thanks

It's tabletop simulator. It is available on steam and it is exactly as the name implies, a tabletop simulator, that is it. However, there are workshop versions of almost any card game/tabletop game you can imagine. I have played X-Wing Miniatures, D&D, Flashpoint, Pandemic, Exploding Kittens, Unstable Unicorns and Evolution on it myself. Most companies are fine with it, but there are some that remove any workshop mods and either made an official DLC for it that costs a few bucks or just don't want them on TTS.
this is an idea for universe sandbox 2, make pluto each planet of the solar system and try to make pluto just likes its other planets, so a pluto system
