Starkiller make a desperate plan to destroy timira city's deflector sheild on kamino planet which was restricting rebels from start off any sort of ground attack the station. Starkiller sets the ships course through kaminos sky and crashes the rebel frigate into timira city and destroys the deflector shield. And this is how starkiller makes his badass return to kamino. May the force be with you.

2:24 seeing the Nebulon-B "Medical" Frigate on this kind of scale is crazy. I didn't realize how big the ship was or that it was THE Medical Frigate at all until he got past the first section... after 20 or so seconds of falling.

Not an error, the Nebulon B IS that large. It’s 300 meters long, which is about the size of a real life aircraft carrier, which are enormous vessels.

A Star Destroyer is WAY more massive than what’s shown in the video, remember that a Nebulon-B is as big as an aircraft carrier or the USS Enterprise from Star Trek, which are both the premiere capital ships of their respective arenas. The Nebulon is an enormous ship, people VASTLY underestimate how big ships are.

For the latter, half the stories are made in Japan. These are the cerebral, moral lessons stories.
The other half are the American films and shows that continue the tradition of ridiculous stories that are just pure entertainment.
Star Wars has always had a bunch of deep, inciteful, classic sci-fi stories AND ludicrous shlock that's just fun.
Might as well just embrace both.
The fiction and franchise is certainly large enough to do both...and anything else really.

Everyone talks about the nebulon frigate crashing into the city, but nobody talks about how Starkiller casually throws a tie fighter out of the way with his whole body weight with no momentum
Remember, your best method of planetary bombardment is the tungsten rod dropped from orbit! But in a pinch, one of your own starships can serve as a decent substitute!
Pretty sure forced unleashed 2 is one of the most adored products of the entire starwars franchise. Also none of this is canon and is deliberately suppose to be ridiculously high octane.
This actually was Canon when it released. Star Wars had zero chill when Disney bought it. But the books comics and games were all like this.

I'm damn glad TFU is not canonical. Means we could technically still save the Star Wars franchise by rebooting it in the TFU universe. There's still some hope.

It's hard to come back to classic Star Wars that actually felt like you were fighting a war, and comparing it to the newer, crappier stuff, but an that's just it. These stories were better, and these new things aren't. Everything here is taken seriously. Abandoning the ship was a hard call for the General to do, because the Rebels are new at this. It took everything they had to build the damn thing. They need this victory. And all Starkiller can think of of his woman. And I like how Kota breaks the bigger picture to him in a way an actual person would, he wouldn't resort to Jedi platitudes. But at the same time, yeah the Jedi morals have good points, they just don't apply here at this moment in time. And Star Wars fans hype up Vader as unstoppable but can't fathom the Force being this busted on other characters. Utter hypocrisy. This level was awesome. It was time to make the Empire pay.

As much as I love Galen Marek...he set the wrong expectation for fans. I roll my eyes when people say Luke should have been pulling Star Destroyers out of orbit in the sequels. Luke was never that powerful. That specifically was Starkiller's thing. Force Unleashed's OP Force powers work because it's a power fantasy that the player gets to live. You put that into a movie and it's just bad writing.

@@iambane7845 Wait I think I found it after a google search. Dovin Basal black holes are uber tiny. Like microscopic. If they were of any significant size they’d consume the creature generating them…and the planet. There’s a reason why Han’s Kessel Run is measured in parsecs and not kilometers. Not to mention Dark Tide was written by Michael Stackpole, an author who subscribed to Zahn’s “don’t make Luke OP” philosophy. This feat is not as impressive as you think it is.

Far too overdone. Its this sort of poor story telling that culminated in killing off Star Wars. The original films were excellent because they kept the force more subtle like many ancient beliefs found around the world of a guiding life force present in all things (particularly inspired by eastern beliefs, most notably Japanese, because Lucas took inspiration from old Samurai TV dramas). This reeks of the same mistakes made in all CG films, where they keep trying to outdo each other with ever greater overdone spectacles that fail to have any real impact.
You sound upset. It’s okay though, all you gotta do is pull your panties out of your butt crack and you should feel better. 😘

@@Crttyt67 It was canon when the game came out. also by that point the Star Wars Canon had Luke Skywalker becoming a skill duelist who was said to appear as he was dueling with 17 different light sabers. Darth Bane was hit with a force attack where if it wasn't for the fact he was also using the force as a shield, it would have ripped the flesh off his bones. The books, comics and games were all secondary canon compared to the films and all of them were guilty of the crazy over the top shenanigans.,

TIE fighters go 700MPH in atmosphere so the is beyond unrealistic with him on the wing trying to breathe
