Can I just say this: THANK YOU! I found this video about a month or so ago and started listening to it in the morning while getting ready and occasionally after work. I love it! But I am not the only one! My cat (Remi) has a fair amount of anxiety issues and I noticed that when this video would play he would be able to become calmer! Well about 2 weeks ago he sadly had a really bad anxiety attack, I’m talking shaking and erratic breathing....so I gave him a calming treat (keep in mind they take a little while to kick in, especially during high stress moments), laid him on my bed, and turned this song on! The moment you started singing I could see him start to calm down and by the end he was breathing normal again and on the verge of sleeping! Your other songs calm him down as well, but this one is his favorite! I know I sound like a crazy cat lady, but I don’t care! He’s my whole world and goes out of his way so as not to hurt humans! He is a really unique and loving little guy that has been hurt in the past and it tears me up to see him hurt! So thank you! Thank you for helping him find some peace ❤️❤️

Was out looking for different versions of this song because there was something so familiar when I first heard it, long story short, I was out playing this on my laptop in speakers when my mother walked in, she was half sobbing and smiling she said it was her grandfather and grandmother's favorite song and it was her's and dad's as well, she said she had often played this along with a few other songs when she was pregnant with me and I could never have been so shocked and happy at the same time finding some random song in the internet.

My mom past away a year ago almost to the day, my mom hated singing and her voice and would never do it. The only song she would sing was this. Softly when we weren’t always looking. Was out looking for different versions of this song because there was something so familiar when I first heard it, long story short, I was out playing this on my laptop in speakers when my mother walked in, she was half sobbing and smiling she said it was her grandfather and grandmother's favorite song and it was her's and dad's as well, she said she had often played this along with a few other songs when she was pregnant with me and I could never have been so shocked and happy at the same time finding some random song in the internet.
I would probably start crying happy tears if I was playing this while pregnant and after all these years hearing it again and seeing my child all grown up 🥰 Life is so precious and sometimes we take things for granted.. I think her singing this song has a mysterious way of reminding us that life is beautiful. I hope you listen to it again and remember your loved ones 😊

This is honestly been my favorite cover for the longest time and I always like to come listen to it even after all this time
My mom past away a year ago almost to the day, my mom hated singing and her voice and would never do it. The only song she would sing was this. Softly when we weren’t always looking. This was the song we would slow dance too on the years following the 2nd and 3rd diagnoses, thanking God or whoever else was up there that we got more than what we were told. This song permeates every memory of my childhood and young life. I can’t hear it without sobbing and I know the good versions from the bad because every fibre of my being knows this song. And this version is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever heard. I really really wish that she was around to hear it
