@lonexwolf9448 when I was young. I never stretch but I regret now. I stretch 10min before heading to the game at home. Once I am at the field I finish my warm up with any stretch that I feel my body needs at that moment. After game I take 10-20min stretch until my body cooldown cause I am older now. Gloves I have two types one that has safety fingers and one without. I will recommend the one that has extra support for your wrist. No specific brand
@lonexwolf9448 my weakness is not able to completely grave the ball at all. I leave free near the opponent. So what I do I try to control the ball in two steps or just send the ball as far as I can but never to the middle.
@@Mado007Games yes. I just came back from a lower back injury not to long ago. And it sucked. And my gloves just keep getting torn up on the field. Thank you for the advices
