    Theatre style seating...really rare in Singapore too for the coaches.

    Hi Magne! At first all the best for 2025! I loved the testdrive of this VOLVO Carrus 9700. I like this model more then the new one. In my hart I am a VOLVO B10M fan. I just love the underfloor concept. Kind regards from The Netherlands!

    I am also a huge fan of this model and design of all designs you can find on a coach today, not just Volvos but other brands too - I drove this first time 2007 when it came to my Depot for a show and testdrive for those who wanted, and me who only had my licence for only a year back then was super excited to try it. 🤩 I think I even told you this before haha
    Since then it has been my favourite design both on the exterior and interior, all your criticism is spot on and I totally agree with it regarding the latest version - Volvo, why change somethign that works? 🤔 We have one of these at my current work, and you truly feel like a king when you drive it!
    I am also very happy Carrus stayed with this design for so many years now, it looks how Coach should look in so many with a simple yet beautiful design on the exterior.
    And by the way, that liquid you asked about in the end - it's called "Washer fluid" 😊 Thank you for another great video, looking forward to see many more now in 2025!
    Happy New Year you all! 🥳

    The normal position for the retarder stalk is A, in which it will automatically 'blend' the retarder in when you brake with the brake pedal. If you have the retarder handle in 0 it is completely deactivated. You get used to it, it has been like that on Volvo trucks for very many years. I'm glad that you can still get it with the Carrus-made body, it seems like an ideal choice for smaller bus companies that keep their buses for many years, who will appreciate the quality.

    Nice new touches to exterrior, same kind look to 9900hd 😅 but Star 602 is still there underneath ❤️
    I have to agree with the new retarder functions, this is actually same with other earlier FH13 540 from 2012 onwards, drivetrain that I've been driving in semitrailer puller. It's just mess what comes usability comparred previous generation😢 when operating in icy conditions I just go by foot pedal If I suspect possibility of Jack kniving...

    Is there a Volvo 9700 with luxury specifications, with fewer seat configurations and a more luxurious interior???

    Nothing can beat a Carrus coach, It`s simply brilliant! but! Is this new 9700 HD equipped with VDS? or is that only on the New coach 9700? I perfer Volvo buses without VDS, but that`s my preferance :)

    O ônibus não vi nada surpreendente. A paisagem, belíssima. Difícil seria ver um Marcopolo ou Busscar DD nesse local.

      @@UzonyiÁrpád Yeah, in Sweden we have a measurement called ”mil” which is 10 km. Many say 2,4 l per 1 mil instead of 24 l per 100 km but it is the same thing. Wouldn’t surprise me if Norweigans also are used to this way of saying

      @@svenskenh644 Norwegians do indeed measure consumption this way, but in my experience it's mostly a colloquial way of saying it. Magazines and reports that provide a data sheet usually list fuel consumption in the typical format of liters per 100km.

    Volvo should bring this coach to North America and replace the Prevost H3-45!!! Also, keep 2nd door, one piece windshield and tour guide seat!😊

    • @unovox
      @unovox วันที่ผ่านมา

      @MariusClausen-bf2kw Yes! But we don't have all the things that the European version has....also, 95% of our buses are MCI's, Prevost, and American Vanhools. This is why North American buses are inferior to European.
