When we go for long driving, my husband always drive. I don’t sleep because I want to entertain my husband so he doesn’t get bored or when he’s sleepy, I pinch him. Hehehe. Just like you, I also feed him. We love listening to different genres of music while munching on snacks. 😊

You are right Ave, one part of your trip looked like a trip from Virginia to West Virginia. You’re funny you are a typical Filipino you take-home cooked foods to the road. Reminds me of my childhood. You are correct, it looks like the bread basket area in U.S. I have been in Colorado as a student at Colorado State University..So I was able to travel to Nebraska...South Dakota and Wyoming..back to Denver. So those vast planes I saw on ur vlog in Turkey are similar that in U.S.

Yes, that highway and scenery could easily be in here the US.Even the gas station rest stops and the high green highway signs and multi-lane. I am a Californian so I feel best when I have my wheels! I love long road trips on my own with my dog.I like to listen to music, sing loudly, think about life, set some goals, and just absorb what I am seeing as I drive.To me an 8 hour drive is not that long- especially on a good road.
Interesting! I guess why it wasn't as exhausting as we thought it would be is because they have good roads in Turkey! definitely a recommended alternative way to travel around the beautiful country

Hello MarVe😃😃. An enjoyable long road trip is always accompanied by light snacks but limited liquid intake; else, you end up always stopping for a "liquid deposit"😂🤣. Correct me if i'm wrong Ave..kasi my recall of a first road trip by MarVe was in Norway (sleeping in a car)🙂😁👍👌.

Last year we drove from Arizona to Washington state to visit my family and it took us about 25hrs drive but ofcourse we stopped few times for gas and etc. I hope you had a fun and exciting time there. ✌

Interesting. The world for the most part looks all the same. With the exception of a few areas. At that gas station and Starbucks, its a same time frame as you would see anywhere USA. If you had not said where you were. I would have believed just from what I saw that you were somewhere in town. The perception is amazing. So much of our cities and towns are uniformed. Its strange yet comforting at the same time.
