      7 day meal plan, 2000 calories or less. At least 200g of protein daily. Macros 40% or more of calories from protein, 35% or less carbs, 25% or less fat. Include breakfast, lunch, dinner with a morning, afternoon and bedtime snack. List weight in grams for solids and cups for liquids. (This made a fantastic plan. Even knew it was for a gym dude. Included whey protein and appropriate bedtime snack.)

    This is a great tutorial for how can individual can use Chat GPT in a positive way, not only for these particular tasks. I’m in academia and the publishing world where we are all wondering how we can use these tools rather than be defeated by them. Thanks, Lucas, for being fearless, thoughtful, and curious, as always!

    Interesting use of ChatGPT that I never initially conceived! Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this topic, and I appreciate the care you took in demonstrating a type of dialogue where you refine your prompt throughout multiple utterances (which is how most people use this tech). As a researcher who publishes work on symbolic AI and computational creativity, I'm stoked to see other uses of these models outside our traditional programming/engineering domains. Thanks again for sharing this video!

I can't stand planning meals and shopping so this will help me to hopefully, change my attitude towards that chore 🙂 And to maybe, widen my repertoire with my own work as a massage therapist/instructor/coach, to help with my content creation...so many ops. Thanks Lucas. Love your work as always!

    "ChapGPT, write me a script for a youtube video on how to use you". Seriously though, very good video on how to use ChatGPT, and I've been a trainer for over 30 years... totally agree on your "this is better than 80% of the trainers out there". But if you can... spend the money on a good trainer. Having professional eyes on your movements is still irreplaceable... for now. That said, I'm forwarding this video to a lot of people

    As an AI expert, I'd say to be very careful with this technology. For now, it's important that an expert reviews what it generates for important applications. It's simply a word cluster pattern recognizer. It doesn't actually "understand" your query or its training data. If it observes something that looks like a pattern in its training data, it will build a model for that. The problem is that there's a lot of incorrect and biased data out there. Garbage in, garbage out. This makes its accuracy highly variable depending on the amount and quality of data it's been exposed to related to your question.
    You might get an 85% correct solution. Which is great. But it needs your oversight. If that's not possible use your discernment. If it sounds like it knows what it's doing but something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.

      I am dealing with AI since decades, and I just want to emphasize that John's statement can NOT be underestimated. I recently made some tests with chatGPT and the result is: it can not be trusted for ANY critical task, eg your health. It does NOT classify things based on abstraction. It appears eloquent, yes, but it is dumb. It simply lumps words together and is realizing some kind of majority voting of its input text snippets. Yet again, it does NOT assign meaning to words first, and then compose a text.
      Just do NOT use it when it comes to health, nutrition well-being.

      Hey John - your comment makes the assumption that the traditional way of getting meal plans from a human is "safer" or that the person would somehow understand you better because they are a sentient being. I understand your point in the broader context of AI but if you're struggling in the kitchen, this simple bot is going to give you better info better than Google and far-better, on average, than a human.

    If you pay attention, it's always way below the defined 1800 calories per day. I've tried to get a plan out of chatgpt that includes 2000 calories per day, no matter what I define it just won't do it. It's either below at 1100 or above at 2300. It even asked me to do the calculations myself to get to 2000/day. But that's not the point of having a meal plan done by somebody else/AI.

    Ok, how do you use it to get your maintenance clories and what you should increase or decrease based on your goals?

    • @YOGABODY.Official
      @YOGABODY.Official  หลายเดือนก่อน

      To use ChatGPT for nutrition plans, input your current maintenance calories and goals. Based on your objectives (e.g., weight loss, muscle gain), adjust your caloric intake-decrease for weight loss, increase for muscle gain. ChatGPT can provide meal suggestions and adjustments to help you meet these goals effectively.

    I value your channel a lot...except this contribution. You got blended by the eloquence of that machine, which is not even able to "chat". It is a machine to create illusions, and if you wan to create a fantasy story, then you may use it. But never for a critical subject like health, nutrition etc. ...see John's comment a bit down.
    If you would know how that thingy is working you never would make such recommendations. It is simply dangerous.
    Because that machine is ONLY dealing with words as empty enumerated shells, not with words as part of language, it is a big, stupid model about the rules to arrange those enumerated empty shells. You need to be an expert to qualify its output semantically. The channel Coolworlds recently demonstrated that impressively. Yet, you are recommending to be used for non-experts.... It is dangerous to use that machine.

      Thanks for your comment. I'm well-versed in how this works and under no illusions;) I'm not sure if you watched my video, we're doing meal plans and rocket launchers. On par, this bot will give you more action info than you'd find online or in books and would outperformer most coaches too. It's really useful.
