You've cherry picked yourself some good arguments but they still don't debunk anything Goku is still Multiversal and I don't even need the anime feats to prove so, manga feats are enough. First of all the Kai's straight up stated in the Manga that Goku and a heavily suppressed God of destruction Beerus clashing fists was going to annihilate not just the Universe but a massive macrocosm stated to be infinite in size Multiple times. With the Macrocosm consisting of a planet as big as the universe within a sky so big that heaven vanishes. That's right, the DB Macrocosm is so big a possible infinite universe can fit inside of it and be so small compared to the entire thing it actually vanishes compared to the full thing lol. With Goku and Beerus clashing fists just like full power Garou and Saitama but instead of making some stars disappear they make every star dissappear, all of time space dissappear and multiple universe sized bodies dissappear as the entire macrocosm would become nothing. And this would include infinity aswell as it is infinite in size. Considering of course we are not just saying limitless or infinite just mean very great, as obviously OPM fans like to enterprate infinity, limitless and those types of terms as true infinity so we might aswell just take Goku's infinity and stretch it to the upmost, right. And of course all of these feats Goku and Beerus do are not at full power. This is all common knowledge but it is not nailed into people's heads enough and I don't think if you think what Saitama did was even comparable. From here the next argument is that Saitama can grow stronger so eventually he'd just reach Goku's level. Not only is Goku's feat on a level beyond infinity already but people underestimate how stronger Goku actually is than this. This is the start of DragonBall Super. And I don't think we can really even fathom the difference between the start and the end of Super in terms of strength. Before I explain the difference, let me prove Goku did absorbed the SSG God ki in base in the Manga. After the Battle of Gods arc we get to see Goku and Vegita post Resseraction of Frieza arc doing an all out sparring session in base on Beerus's Planet and when base Goku gets the upper hand on base Vegeta, Vegeta is forced to transform into SSB in order to not lose. Vegeta while still in Blue shoots a ki blast at Goku. And Goku just straight up tanks this blast in BASE, and obviously Blue Vegeta is relative to Blue Goku who would be above God Goku, and so base Goku would have to have Power above Battle of Gods Goku if he were to tank this attack. This feat exceeds Battle of Gods God Goku who is Multiversal already. And even after all of that, you foe some reason still think Goku didn't absorb the God ki well he just got so much stronger that he can now tank attacks in base that are stronger than Battle of Gods God Goku lmao. Either way Base goku scales to Battle of Gods Goku. Now back to explaining the difference difference in start of DBS Goku vs end of DBS.Goku absorbs those massively beyond Universal feats or infinite feats from SSG and can now do then in his base form. Being able to then multiply that power over 400 times with SSJ3, according to Super Exciting Guide and so on. This is actually a lowball. And then multiply further beyond that by over 50 times SSB to over 20,000 times, complety ignoring SSG's multiplier which was shown in Battle of Gods and even low balling all the training he did throughout the whole manga and so on. The rest are Anime and Manga feats where he can then stack kaioken times 10 on top of that and get over 200 000 times stronger. Then in Goku and Hit's rematch he surpasses kiaoken times 10 in his normal blue state, meaning he can grow over 2,000,000 times stronger if he used kiaoken times 10 by that point. Then by the Tournament of Power he can use kaioken times 20 and go to 4,000,000 times stronger than Battle of Gods Goku. And Then in the Tournament of Power alone he grows thousands of times if not hundreds of thousands of times stronger. Then eventually possibly getting another thousands of times amps with MUI which can shake infinity and surpasses Him and Vegitas Fusion, Vegito in the Goku black arc and so on. I hate to say this but Saitama would be lucky if he beat current DBS Krillin, let alone MUI. And I haven't even gone into TUI yet. People really don't understand the difference and some will say Goku would feel Saitama's power increasing and just let him keep getting stronger( LET HIM COOK )lol. However no one actually knows how long Saitama can keep growing. and the difference from his growth and other characters in growth is small. And as we see in DBS with kaulifla, Kefka or Broly and many others, Goku only let's this go on for so long. And since we're in character here, Saitama's battle increase is mainly due to his insane emotions over Genos potentially dying. Meaning in character he wouldn't even get that much stronger anyway. So if your taking them both in character, Saitama would never grow stronger to begin with. On top of the growing stronger argument not working for the most part and actually just being headcanon as we dont even know the real increase outside of just a few times from one fight. From here you'll desperately claim that Saitama can interact with Hyperspace portals that Garou can create. Hyperspace, meaning more than one dimension. Now while Goku has many arguments for being higher dimensional already since dimensions such as the afterlife of DragonBall being higher dimensional or even beings from early Z like Garlic Jr being able to actually make hyperspace portals and interact with it in the Dead Zone, it's not needed as Garou and Saitama in the Manga agreed that they already attacked in 3D after this. And they are simply making a portal to go places rather than actually kicking around 4D space or something. Of course 4D could also just mean three spatial dimensions and one temporal dimension and if you make a portal out of these dimensions you can travel through it. This is what our actual universe would be comprised of. And you could then simply argue that they are kicking around a portal that helps lead to that space. Even then hyperspace is a massive Si-Fi term many use in place of just things that are able to travel faster than light, such as how space ships in many Si-Fi shows and movies can leap to hyperspace to travel. The ships doing this doesn't make them higher dimensional nor was that ever the intent, nor is interacting or generating the ability to travel or connect to hyperspace make you that strong. Many series use the word, 'hyperspace' including DB but we don't ever scale it like that for many many reasons. Interacting with dimensional portals themselves is even something Naruto can do and many other fictions and we never give them that benefit of that credit for doing things of that caliber. So in terms of Power No, it is definitely not in Saitamas favour. I could get into speed, hax, abilities, experience, IQ and BIQ too but this is long enough as it is. There are cases of people whom don't like the truth targeting the video, bringing their friends and all their alt accounts to downvote it out of hate. 3-Even if we assumed your accusation correct, nothing is stopping anyone from downvoting the video, it would still go through and into the video ratings, as such affecting his video and/or channel and he would see it. So he gains little to nothing by disabling dislikes(which again, there is no such option~ only the option to disable likes from showing, since youtube already hid the dislikes due to the aforementioned number 2).

Goku is still Multiversal and I don't even need the anime feats to prove so, manga feats are enough.
First of all the Kai's straight up stated in the Manga that Goku and a heavily suppressed God of destruction Beerus clashing fists was going to annihilate not just the Universe but a massive macrocosm stated to be infinite in size Multiple times. With the Macrocosm consisting of a planet as big as the universe within a sky so big that heaven vanishes. That's right, the DB Macrocosm is so big a possible infinite universe can fit inside of it and be so small compared to the entire thing it actually vanishes compared to the full thing lol.
With Goku and Beerus clashing fists just like full power Garou and Saitama but instead of making some stars disappear they make every star dissappear, all of time space dissappear and multiple universe sized bodies dissappear as the entire macrocosm would become nothing. And this would include infinity aswell as it is infinite in size.
Considering of course we are not just saying limitless or infinite just mean very great, as obviously OPM fans like to enterprate infinity, limitless and those types of terms as true infinity so we might aswell just take Goku's infinity and stretch it to the upmost, right. And of course all of these feats Goku and Beerus do are not at full power.
This is all common knowledge but it is not nailed into people's heads enough and I don't think if you think what Saitama did was even comparable.
From here the next argument is that Saitama can grow stronger so eventually he'd just reach Goku's level. Not only is Goku's feat on a level beyond infinity already but people underestimate how stronger Goku actually is than this. This is the start of DragonBall Super. And I don't think we can really even fathom the difference between the start and the end of Super in terms of strength.
Before I explain the difference, let me prove Goku did absorbed the SSG God ki in base in the Manga. After the Battle of Gods arc we get to see Goku and Vegita post Resseraction of Frieza arc doing an all out sparring session in base on Beerus's Planet and when base Goku gets the upper hand on base Vegeta, Vegeta is forced to transform into SSB in order to not lose. Vegeta while still in Blue shoots a ki blast at Goku. And Goku just straight up tanks this blast in BASE, and obviously Blue Vegeta is relative to Blue Goku who would be above God Goku, and so base Goku would have to have Power above Battle of Gods Goku if he were to tank this attack. This feat exceeds Battle of Gods God Goku who is Multiversal already.
And even after all of that, you foe some reason still think Goku didn't absorb the God ki well he just got so much stronger that he can now tank attacks in base that are stronger than Battle of Gods God Goku lmao. Either way Base goku scales to Battle of Gods Goku.
Now back to explaining the difference difference in start of DBS Goku vs end of DBS.Goku absorbs those massively beyond Universal feats or infinite feats from SSG and can now do then in his base form. Being able to then multiply that power over 400 times with SSJ3, according to Super Exciting Guide and so on. This is actually a lowball. And then multiply further beyond that by over 50 times SSB to over 20,000 times, complety ignoring SSG's multiplier which was shown in Battle of Gods and even low balling all the training he did throughout the whole manga and so on.
The rest are Anime and Manga feats where he can then stack kaioken times 10 on top of that and get over 200 000 times stronger. Then in Goku and Hit's rematch he surpasses kiaoken times 10 in his normal blue state, meaning he can grow over 2,000,000 times stronger if he used kiaoken times 10 by that point. Then by the Tournament of Power he can use kaioken times 20 and go to 4,000,000 times stronger than Battle of Gods Goku.
And Then in the Tournament of Power alone he grows thousands of times if not hundreds of thousands of times stronger. Then eventually possibly getting another thousands of times amps with MUI which can shake infinity and surpasses Him and Vegitas Fusion, Vegito in the Goku black arc and so on.
I hate to say this but Saitama would be lucky if he beat current DBS Krillin, let alone MUI. And I haven't even gone into TUI yet.
People really don't understand the difference and some will say Goku would feel Saitama's power increasing and just let him keep getting stronger( LET HIM COOK )lol. However no one actually knows how long Saitama can keep growing. and the difference from his growth and other characters in growth is small.
And as we see in DBS with kaulifla, Kefka or Broly and many others, Goku only let's this go on for so long. And since we're in character here, Saitama's battle increase is mainly due to his insane emotions over Genos potentially dying. Meaning in character he wouldn't even get that much stronger anyway. So if your taking them both in character, Saitama would never grow stronger to begin with.
On top of the growing stronger argument
not working for the most part and actually just being headcanon as we dont even know the real increase outside of just a few times from one fight.
From here you'll desperately claim that Saitama can interact with Hyperspace portals that Garou can create. Hyperspace, meaning more than one dimension. Now while Goku has many arguments for being higher dimensional already since dimensions such as the afterlife of DragonBall being higher dimensional or even beings from early Z like Garlic Jr being able to actually make hyperspace portals and interact with it in the Dead Zone, it's not needed as Garou and Saitama in the Manga agreed that they already attacked in 3D after this. And they are simply making a portal to go places rather than actually kicking around 4D space or something. Of course 4D could also just mean three spatial dimensions and one temporal dimension and if you make a portal out of these dimensions you can travel through it.
This is what our actual universe would be comprised of. And you could then simply argue that they are kicking around a portal that helps lead to that space. Even then hyperspace is a massive Si-Fi term many use in place of just things that are able to travel faster than light, such as how space ships in many Si-Fi shows and movies can leap to hyperspace to travel.
The ships doing this doesn't make them higher dimensional nor was that ever the intent, nor is interacting or generating the ability to travel or connect to hyperspace make you that strong. Many series use the word, 'hyperspace' including DB but we don't ever scale it like that for many many reasons. Interacting with dimensional portals themselves is even something Naruto can do and many other fictions and we never give them that benefit of that credit for doing things of that caliber.
So in terms of Power No, it is definitely not in Saitamas favour. I could get into speed, hax, abilities, experience, IQ and BIQ too but this is long enough as it is.
