2:30 that's wrong info,
If you want to use big propeller like 12' inch you will need 750kv motor and if you want to use smaller 6' inch propeller you will need 2200kv motor.
It's all depends on how big drone you want to make and what lifting capacity it has to be.
Racing drones are smaller and use higher kv motors like 2300,2700 kv with 5 or 6 inch prop and camara lifting drone which are very big in size use 350,750 kv motor to drive bigger 12',14' inch prop
