Pocket really needs to give us some sort of control over the energy. The ability to pick 100% what comes next, or the ability to set a preference for next energy and it weights it heavier towards your pick, or a straight alternating energy. Alternatively, they need to break from standard pokemon and just do a dragon energy. Having no control makes all dragon decks worse for no reason.
You’ve gotta try a Darkrai Weezing Greninja deck. It’s a little crowded but it so much fun but it takes skill to use you gotta practice for sure. Here’s what I’ve been experimenting with: 2 Froakie 2 Frogadier 2 Greninja 2 Koffing (Gen Apex or Myth Isl whichever you prefer) 2 Weezing (Gen Apex) 2 Darkrai ex 2 Poke Ball 2 Prof Research 1 Koga 1 Mars 2 Cyrus (this deck does like having an x speed though so you can take a Cyrus or mars out for x speed to feel better more often, it’s more of a consistent card but the other two have higher value in some instances, I still don’t know which I prefer, also could run 2 x speed or try leaf, this is the downside to having so many Pokémon but you could experiment with removing one froakie too) This deck does most of its damage with the Pokémon abilities and I run only dark energy, it plays a long slow game that picks away at the opponent which is why I like having to froakie lines because it happens decently often where you can get both up. Anyhow supper fun you should give it a go and experiment with the tools too, I just like the supporters in this deck more than the tools but I haven’t tried them yet.
I kinda don’t like Garchomp-Drud but I guess you want so many things in the back that you need the easiest tank you have access to… I want to make Garchomp-Greninja work though, and my original idea was Kangaskhan as a tank, 2-2-2 Chomp, and 1-1-1 Gren which I hope Garchomp will make consistent. But add the poke balls, the Oaks, the Communications, the Cynthia, and your deck is already almost full…
If i could weigh in i honestly think chomp doesnt need a tank. It lowkey clogs up the deck. I just use chomp farfetchd for a faster deck. But i like the greninja option too
@@Glove22 honestly that’s quite fair. Ill try a bunch of options when I get a second Garchomp and Cynthia, as well as Communication and Dawn, so I’ll try to keep Farfetch’d in mind
I think aero stock are lower than they were before. So many big basics in the front he just ends up being wasted space imo. If you want to utilize cyrus more id just use hitmonlee or a water sniper
@@randomguy8107 yeh for sure i was just saying for aerodactyl. Atm im running garchomp with farfetchd. Trying to do like a speed deck. Its had some ups and downs

I wonder if Hitmonlee is better than Drudigon in this deck. Almost the same HP, and you can use the fighting energy for chip damage
this is the same deck i use its so strong people dont realize how much damage rocky helmet can do
20 is nothing considering everyone is using giant coat now.

Here’s what I’ve been experimenting with:
2 Froakie

2 Darkrai ex
2 Poke Ball
2 Prof Research

Hell yes. I had a very neat 11-4 run w a Drud Chomp deck. I'm looking forward to getting that gorgeous Cynthia full art. 🎉
You should’ve included Thanos in your deck

I think what I’d do is :
2-2-2 Chomp
1-1-1 Gren
1 Kang
2 communication
2 pokeballs
2 Oak
2 Cynthia
1 Cyrus
1 Cape

whats your opinion on running garchomp with aerodactyl ex and spiritomb, using Cyrus? im trying it out, seems pretty good so far

@@Glove22honestly, if you’re running Cyrus Spiritomb is very nice, 10 damage to everyone on the opponent’s field is pretty cool

@@Glove22 that’s another pretty good option tbh, Farfetch’d is just so good for no reason
im playing 1 drud with garchomp and 1 greninja line with the new trainer that pulls stuff, works like a charm
Can you tell me your deck I would like to try it out?
Wait we have dragon energy now
No, I think you’re confusing fighting with dragon. Similar colors, different types
Can anyone tell me how hes playing on pc. Is it safe or can you get banned
I think bluestacks, should be safe
@ i appreciate you 🙏
I have a full art Cynthia 💅🏻
I have 2
I have 0
you should use cyrus
Any time there is a drud it feels like free setup. Idk why so many players think you will attack a drud with a rocky helmet.
giratina with 1 dawn is a good wall and u can use dawn to put the energy back on garchomp
I tried to get behind the giratina wall but soooo many dark decks out right now shredding my wall
Mommy Cynthia
Any space for a Manaphy? Drops your energy pool to only Fighting, but you'd need early Manaphy for it to be consistent.
You need water energy to use Manaphy‘s ability to begin with
@kidnamedjulian Totally forgot about that!
@@diode_wow No worries dude!
I want to build this deck but I have no Cynthias :’(
In my case i don't have garchomp :(
