@@justice1763 please use bile salts supplements and slowly increase your animal fat intake. this is how i got rid of my gallstones i had for years. believe it or not. your gallbladders sole purpose is to produce bile specifically for animal fats. if you dont eat it, your gallbladder bile will not produce and move through, creating stones. please do not listen to doctors, they jut want to take tour organs out and give you drugs. eating animal fat is natural thats what our ancestors ate.

Thank you for being so considerate and kind, what a lovely person. I'll be doing this tomorrow. Where I am, bulk buying is the worse thing, it's disgusting the behaviour of some people. There was no baby formula because adults were buying it for their tea and coffee. There's no toilet roll or kitchen roll. No bread, no fresh meat, very selfish behaviour. I honestly think they could've controlled this if they hadn't allowed people to self quarantine. As soon as it broke they should've been quarantined immediately, shouldn't have been allowed to leave the airport, harbour or whatever way they were entering the country but that would've made sense. You'd think they'd realise that left to their own devices people will do what they want. Like you say Sheetal all you can do is go out as little as possible, limit contact, keep clean, have manners and cover your mouth though most won't do the last three things. Pay attention to your symptoms as well, a cough with cattarh and a blocked nose is more likely to be the cold, they'll be a lot with it and not know it but listen to your body and get tested if you're unsure, better to be safe than sorry 💖💖💖

This is a very good rune symbol for what we need this week. We all need to be calm, stay with family, & stay sanitized. I'm glad you are doing well. We all need to keep positive & healing vibration towards Mother Earth to heal. Hopefully it will be better next week. Loving the videos you upload. Love the different ideas. Do you have any ideas for boosting motivation to exercise, any method I could try?, I have all the kit at home but can’t get into doing it and it’s really frustrating as paid for apps.
Future videos- crystals, bay leaves- for career, how to make a manifestation box, how to use affirmations to achieve your goals, using crystals for wealth, how to achieve your perfect body, exercise motivation, using crystals/ bay leaves- for kindness, best ways to manifest things, how to ask specific angels for help- eg, angel for love, which angel to ask for help with career, angel for diet/nutrition and health, crystals/leaves- for weight loss, best crystals to keep in your handbag or purse, which crystals to put in specific rooms and how to set intentions with them, how to use a candle to manifest positivity, wishes, health etc. These are just some suggestions and I’m aware some have already been covered but there maybe other ways we can do things. I like to put music on, or drag my tv into the garage with the treadmill and watch netflix while i walk lol. Do what it takes to get motivated. You can burn bay leaves and write that you have so much fun working out. Get creative with your work out. On the days I feel lazy to walk...I will clean my whole house. Or I will dance. Do something to get moving but also dont be so hard on yourself. dont push yourself so much on something...try it a different way ♥ hope that helps!
