It wouldn't work bcs the heat generated from the blender moving so fast would keep the silicone at a constant temp. Unless it's irrelevant the temperature

Blend Potassium and Water. Put the Potassium in a small glass vial first.

Depends on the amount of potassium and water. Also depends on the purity of the potassium.
Pure elemental potassium will react with the moisture in the air. A 1 gram piece of that will make an explosion roughly equivalent to a firecracker.
