To think for Bebop and Rocksteady for nearly killing Donnie that they deserve to die for that and you think they should be the Rat king minions now that the Shredder is a good guy now for the Armageddon game and that Rat king should resurrected Agent Bishop and Darius Dunn.

They were, but if you remember the first few issues, the ooze that transformed them was keyed to Splinter's DNA. That would be the science leg of their reincarnation. I assume.

I’m mean when this happen it was shocking but i new that Donatello wasn’t going to stay dead for long still great plot twist having his mind in metalhead I’m just wonder did he died twice when metalhead blown himself up? Or did he transfer his mind into his original when he blow up

Somewhat so he would join the Mutanaimals momentarily. That all lasted when he discovered Hob's little secret (aligned Hun). Resulting to, Mikey and Slash quitting the team and earning their distrust to Hob.
