Weird to think this album is almost in the middle of then all. Just hearing this takes me back. I deployed to Afghanistan about a month after this albun came out... So it was on HEAVY rotaion on my iPod/iTunes.
Ahhhhh, I dicovered AFI 6/7 years ago and I've never looked back. I really look up to Davey so much.. May be considered fanboying but I don't even care, I fricking love these guys, and I hope that I'll get to see them a 3rd time. :)
I really love the old hardcore AFI, if they were not changed, we could not have listen to this. We all still old AFI, but they will not come back. So be glad we have some kickass songs like this.

His voice is nasal and at this point in his career he was definitely leaning into that nasal sound (which stripped his tone of some resonance), but at 3:33 he hits the lowest note of the song with just as much support and power as the higher notes in this performance.

Adams the best he just seems like the guy who gets along with everyone.... Davey's voice is beautiful as always.. Love the band and can't wait for Crash Love to come out!!!

To all of the people out there that call themselves AFI fans, you need to realize that they are an amazing band and they like to experiment with their sound. So if you don't like their new material, then don't listen to it. I mean how simple is that? I've been listening to them since 2006 [i know not too long] but i've also listen to their older material and the newest. I like it all, but i'm not hard to please. people just need to quit bashing on the new stuff and appreciate this awesome band!
@xxmishmishxx I agree with you. I started listening to them when I was...young, and I still love them. I love all their albums as much as the one before or after it. AFI will change forever, and in three years, when they come out with yet another album, they will have changed again and I will love them all the same.
