Green side looks like it’ll be better plus it seemed by your animations to have some more outer banked airtime hills. Can’t wait to ride both sides and see.

@@jacobdicke9357I mean tbf it was an inverted coaster and the main flying object would be something like shoes hitting someone else. At least with this it’ll be less likely something hurts someone else. I’m sure there will also be enhanced security since it’s a dueling coaster
@@jacobdicke9357 Dueling dragons uses the same weighing system that most of the coasters still use to determine launch speeds etc. This is no different, The only reason dueling dragons stopped dueling was because of flying objects hitting other riders, they couldn't change the track elements that caused that to happen, so they stopped the dueling, this design allows for dueling without that problem.
If this isn't the new best coaster at Universal, it'll only be because Velocicoaster has set such a high bar.
it looks like it has great air time and speed, the only thing is it’s slightly shorter than velocicoaster. Those 4 airtime hills before the second launch look nuts
I would say the only "bad" Thing is the theming. (Compared to veloci)

Epic Universe is checking all the boxes for me. This ride looks incredible and it's not even in my top 5 most anticipated attractions.

I love how even during tough economic times roller coasters keep evolving. It’s an experience that cannot quite be taken virtual even with advanced simulators, and it’s the heart of the theme park industry and why it continues to survive.

Hi, from the UK, this is going to be a great coaster, or should i say.....EPIC! I remember riding the original Duelling Dragons, so it's great to see Universal doing another duelling coaster😊.

I hear you. My wife showed me this video and I just said 'that's just like Dueling Dragons'. I loved the Dueling Dragons ride. I was lucky enough to ride it in 2003, 2 times each dragon. So sad that because of people that couldn't follow simple instructions they had to close it.
Now the dragons are reborn! Fire and Ice dragons live on! Choose thy Fate!

That is quite simply a thing of beauty. I bet it’s equally awesome at night with the lights on. I’m a wuss and will probably never ride that coaster but I’d be very happy to sit in the park and be bag lady, very happy indeed.

The designers for universal are top quality imagineers. Once upon a time a mouse used to design quality attractions.

Not a fan of the colors they went with but this looks absolutely beautiful. Very majestic and enjoyable to watch while they interact with each-other. I hope they add a great light packaging for night time.

Reminds me of the old Dueling Dragons at Universal.
I'm guessing with computers and due to the nature of the launch/brake runs etc, they can all but guarantee they'll remain side by side which is pretty cool. I hope this starts a trend. It would be great if more parks did this.
Like most Mack coasters, the launch will be weak but everything else looks fantastic

Are there night time testing videos? I heard that they have specials lighting effects at night.
Do you have wait in line for both? Or do you get to ride both of them from one queue? Like you finish side A and then continue to side B. I think I know the answer but just hoping for a miracle that you get 2 for 1
We wish! I remember growing up in Orlando, I had an annual pass and used to ride both Dueling Dragon coasters because it wasn’t a wait. We all know we will have to wait in line twice 😂😂
Looks like they are purposely running them slower than usual for testing purposes. It's going to be crazy at full speed. Looks to be an insane ride cant wait to ride it.
I'm not sure what it is, but it's not unique to Mack, but I have to admit it's a bit more extreme on their builds, in addition to Premier (as I am deep diving quite extensively into the latter, as my local park is Canada's Wonderland and I need as much peace of mind in the form of recent [successful] installs now that Alpen Fury is official)...this phenomenon I am referring to is giving the optical illusion, as I know the speed numbers do not corroborate this unless it's a world against me Punk'd level conspiracy theory, but does the pace on these rides not look excruciatingly slow like molasses... to the point where every element featuring even the slightest amount of elevation, whether it be a top hat, airtime hill or a fancy inversion, appear to almost stall (which I can appreciate likely provides a positive rider sensation), however to the point that a roll back almost seems imminent...is it my eyes, the track, the trains, the manufacturer, the layout...my brain malfunctioning.... I'm sure there are more than a few enthusiasts who are familiar with this and potentially took it upon themselves to research the who, what, when, where, why, how..... only to conclude that it is, in fact, their (in this case, my) brain...or lack thereof....
Is this a recording or a render? Trees dont move a bit so it is douibtable

It supposed to run 62-63 mph, this is early testing and more than likely a slower speed. Just my guess though
