So far I haven’t seen a full tutorial for 20cm either but this video helped me with the eyes meanwhile @/mimibitscoolcraft in YT also have a few tutorials for sewing 20cm dolls :)) tho they use a sewing machine but you can follow it by hand (it will take longer but you have better control) 😅
      Sorry i can’t give you proper answer for now but I hope it gives you an idea where to start :>> gl!

      It's water soluble film. You can draw your outline on it so you don't have to worry about drawing directly on the fabric. The film washes away and just leaves the stitches
