We both take required quantity of carbs and take sufficient protein @ 1gm per kg of body weight. We prefer river fish, chicken and eggs. We never take fine carbohydrates. Rolled oats chilla is our most favourite breakfast with a cup of Koraput Arabica medium roasted filter black coffee. We prefer all types of nuts, flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts, almonds, ripe bananas, dates, dry fig (soaked) as smoothie in our breakfast. Our dinner time is around 8:00 pm and next day breakfast is around 10:00 am, so that 12 ours gap helps for better digestion. In dinner we normally like to have two chapatis and mixed vegetables. Rajma, soybean and chickpeas are our favourite. We take lots of leafy vegetables and salad. ସାଗ is our favourite too. I personally never sleep in day time. At night we go to early bed and sleep for minimum eight hours. We watch TV in the evening and try to enjoy our life together and try keep ourselves happy so that our happy hormones like Dopamine and Serotonin, Endorphins never gets deficits.
