An estimated 60 tons of dissolved minerals are swept over Niagara Falls every minute. The colour comes from the dissolved salts and “rock flour,” very finely ground rock, picked up primarily from the limestone bed but probably also from the shales and sandstones under the limestone cap at the falls

Thank you for stopping by and the added support! LOL My friends keep telling me to change the name. But I just do it as a hobby. I have a few camera's but used the Gopro Hero 8 and Canon 360 HS. Left the Canon 80D with the steadicam in the hotel room. Actually dropped the Gopro on this trip and Chipped and cracked the lens protector. Thankfully I peeled it off and the Camera lens was OK! Just ordered another lens protector. One big problem with the 8 is you can't change the lens if it get's damaged.
It leaves the Canadian side and goes to the opposite canadian side, so you do not need a passport. It does cross over the border of the river, which is international water. So you do "visit" the USA breifly for a few moments!

The cable broke once and the aero car fell into the whirlpool. All lives were lost.
