Surya Namaskar -Holy occasion on 14 January, 2022 in the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava celebration

Holy Makar Sankranti is the festival of thanks-giving to Mother Nature for spreading health, wealth and happiness around. This is also a time for transition of the Sun from one phase to another and a time for Sun salutation for all of us. We are also celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava in this year. On this occasion Muniyal Institute of Ayurveda Medical Scviences, Manipal organised Surya Namaskar Programme to mark the holy occasion on 14 January, 2022 in the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava celebration.
