I love his mother. She is fun and loving. I'm sure she was devastated, but I'm so glad to see his improvements. I'm just a fan who was watching this live, and never met the guy, but I felt like I was holding my breath for 3 days until yesterday's relieving news. I didn't realize I was holding my breath for 3 days until I heard the good news and felt myself start breathing again. Kudos to the first responders on the field who saved his life and made the right split second decisions.

Which really isn’t bad considering that’s one of the top safety duos in the country I’m sure he’ll learn a lot from them

Damar, I love the humbleness that was shown on this video. I have been a Pittsburgh fan since 1988... I went to school there for a short time and fell in love and I'm originally from Chicago, go Bears as well. I was watching the game and when I saw your tackle the way you had him wrapped up, the first thought was he's a hell of a player. Then I watched you fall and I immediately began to pray for you, I thank God that he answered my prayers 🙇🏽♀️as well as millions. I watched this video and it gave me more of an insite on the gift that God has bestowed upon you. I'm not sure, if you will return to the field or you will have to be around that ball another way going forward, but I know you didn't know this when you were single handedly pressing your own tee-shirts...It said, chasing millions...you no longer have to chase millions, now through what some people see as a tragedy is a blessing, because millions🌍 are with you and watching to see what's next for Damar.
