@@scieneaux8236 high jump kick doesn't have perfect accuracy. Flying press is a safer attack when it's not worth risking self-harm for a few extra points of damage
Here's how you beat Ultra Necrozma. Get an Alolan Raticate. Give it Endeavour, Quick Attack and a Focus Sash. Survive a hit with 1HP. Use Endeavour to get UN to 1HP. Use Quick Attack to kill UN. Great success!
While this strategy does work for Ultra Necrozma, it is unreliable against Elite 4 Acerola's ghost types because Raticate has to defeat more than one pokemon, and he cannot make an offensive impact against Hau for the same reason, hence why he does not qualify for this team.
One main criticism that I would like to add when discussing Zoroark: the AI actually never really catches on to Illusion (in the main games). If you disguise as something weak to Psychic, and the AI has a Psychic move, they'll keep using that until they run out of PP. For Necrozma specifically, Scary Face isn't even really needed: use a buffing move a few times and OHKO it with a Z-Dark move, or even just wail on it with Night Slash/Dark Pulse; you legit have 5 free turns to do whatever you want before it runs out of Photon Geysers because the AI sees something weak to Psychic and completely ignores the 'doesn't affect Hawlucha' message.
The last game with all Pokémon even if there was no national Pokédex you can still catch them all. There is so much experimenting you could do in this game with such a variety of types and moves.
Neglecting one slightly big hole in this team to counter. Guzma... Water/Bug lead with wallbreaker stats and insanely powerful priority attacks... Not to mention his Pinsir has Stone Edge for coverage. Beware the coverage moves on the Elite Four as well..
Magnezone and Hawlucha for Golisopod. Hawlucha and Arcanine can take care of Pinsir (fighting type cancels out effectiveness of stone edge, and intimidate weakens the impact of stone edge). Elite 4 is swept by members of this team that has a type advantage against each member.
My Malamar was the mvp of my Ultrasun playthrough, I caught an Adamant nature Inkay with contrary ability, I gave it a focus sash and used the move topsy - turvey on U Necrozma
This is cool and all but I’m a total novice. I’m trying to use this team but you left a lot of blanks that I don’t have the game knowledge to fill in. Would have appreciated an explanation of how to effectively use the team against the obstacles
I’ve used that exact team before. And yes, it SHREDDED through the game. I took the time to grind for a shiny Beldum, which didn’t take that long by shiny standards. About two hours.
Here's what I would do. Load a site that lists all the major obstacles in this game. Analyze them and gather as much information as you can. Form a plan on how you intend to defeat the major obstacles, and then answer your own question.

@@DFuegoH fair. also how do you go about arcanine's moveset? do you just wait until the elite 4 for extreme speed?
Your moveset for Zoroak is SpAtk based, but he doesnt learn any special move until night daze. How you managed to make him work?
The thing about the Alola game is that I never have a set team since your team can literally be anything without having to worry about HM’s anymore

This is a really solid team. One suggestion I would make is adding movesets for them like Mystic Umbreon.
Thanks for the feedback! Please read my pinned comment for movesets

I used Malamar the first time I played Ultra Moon! He’s really underrated in my opinion

Primarina, Vikavolt, Muk, Hawlucha, Mudsdale, Metagross. One of my favorite squads I've ever used.

This teams kills so far on my play throught but I want to use naganadel so bad
Muk can learn ice punch
for the ground type Pokémon how about diglot
Would you ever do a best team per starter i.e. bets team fire red / lead green for charizard
A best team for Charizard in fire red/leaf green might be in the works right now? 🤔🤔 Who knows
Where did u fight the ghost type pokemons
this is really convenient because i was literally trying to make a team last night
I will never use an Arcanine again
At the end of the day you're free to do whatever you want. The point of the video is to illustrate that he belongs on the strongest team
