    If a little girl wants a princess thyme party, that's what she should get. A daughter should always be a father's princess, no matter how old. Children are only children once.

    Ultimately Geraldine got her wish. I hope it was worth it. One day, Mark's daughter might approach him and inquire why he didn't defend her and her mother. Hopefully, his response won't be that he was unaware of what her mother was doing.

      People like him wonder why he got divorced and don't see their kid. Oh, maybe it's because you refused to stand up for your wife and kid against your vile mother!?!
      When they do that repeatedly, they show that they are a coward, and they are completely unreliable as a fellow parent as well as a spouse.

    Lordiana, your comment was absolutely priceless. Geraldine should learn to keep her objections to herself until Emily is older. Also, Mark should've defended you against Geraldine instead of siding with her.

    Who talked the mom into letting the EMIL (evil mother in law) move in to begin with? She was right in divorcing that mouse.

      Really. Like the son did not know that his wife and mother could not stand each other and could never live under the same roof.

    AFTERMATH; after the divorce mark was furious and blamed his mom for ruining his marriage.
    Geraldine who clearly showed no remorse kept saying things like-" you should be thanking me or she was no good for anyways." This lead to more and more heated arguments until finally mark decided to leave his mother for good to start a new life. Geraldine tried to stop him in every she could even resorting to physically holding him down "you can't leave me!" she screamed and cried but this resulted in mark pushing her down and breaking her hip. Now Geraldine is in a care home and mark has blocked her from all social media and covered his tracks so she could never find him or interfere in his life again

    Also would have loved to see Mark disown his mother and leave her. He would probably shout at her and then leave. Geraldine would probably freak out and cry like crazy but Mark would walk away.

    This child’s grandmother was so toxic saying that a princess cake is no good for an eight year old too babyish. Well lady, let me tell you something anybody could have a princess cake even if you’re 88. It’s however you want your birthday cake decorated. And then to go and destroy it. Well Geraldine you got your way you got your son back but I have a feeling he’s gonna start hating you because he’s not really gonna see his daughter. Oh because she wanted your son back they should allow child abuse cases for adults who have been abused by their parents and they’re just remembering it now because I’m betting that he was abused by his mother she seems the type of being an abuser. Wanting total control over her son to me that’s being an abuser.

    A little devil's advocate. Mark was raised by Geraldine and been subjected to manipulations all his life. He was conditioned to do as his mother said. I think Mark should've been given a chance. A period of separation while he goes to therapy. Then both go to the couples therapy. Lordiana bares some fault. Why did she wait until Emily's birthday to do something about the controlling MIL

    • @dirkvervecken4054
      @dirkvervecken4054 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No need to be a devil's advocate here. You are right. The only reason Geraldine did this was because she saw Marc starting to pull away from her and become more independent. Lordiana should have realized how strong Geraldine's grip on Marc was and given him a chance. With therapy, She could have helped him break away from Geraldine. This would have been the ultimate revenge on Geraldine. Now Emily will grow up without a father in her life and likely resent him for being weak.

    Geraldine, you forced Mark to defend you instead of defending Lordiana. Lordiana divorced Mark and forced you to keep Mark all to yourself while living on the streets with each other. Lordiana also gained permanent custody of Emily because of you both. Even Emily knew you damaged everything that she would've wanted for her 8th birthday. You forcing Emily to grow up is the most ridiculous thing that you could've done. In fact, you need to grow up because you are clearly acting as more of a child than Emily is.

    It seems to me that Mark was too much of a coward to stand up for his wife and child, either that or he was too fixated on keeping the peace to put his family over his mother. Lordiana was right to divorce Mark because he was too cowardly to stand up for himself and his wife and daughter. ❤😂🎉😅😊

    No update on what happened to her ex husband and his mother? Usually, there's an epilogue where mother and son come to blows and they blame each other for their circumstances. If the daughter, for example, publicly humiliates her father for not protecting her and her mother and disowns him and the grandmother. Once neighbors, co-workers and friends find out what husband and mother in law did to cause the divorce, they become pariahs and ignored by everyone. And that's when the husband will finally realize what he's lost and will probably snap out of his mother's control. I'll even bet later down the line, he and his mother will become estranged from each other.

    These stories always seem to paint marriage in the most *_negative_* light possible. Divorce is always the solution. There's *_DEFINITELY_* an agenda here. 🤔

      No! They are showing, that many older women are making their adult sons marriages a living hell, and their weak sons are cheering them all the way to the divorce court, totally cold to the fact, that innocent children are having their lives destroyed by their fathers over controlling mother!
