Another great video C! I've lived in the south my whole life and a growing up all older people were referred to by Mr. Or Mrs. (First Name) It's more a sign of respect especially when ya didn't know their last name.😊
Also this who entitlement of the crew are my servants BS needs to just plain stop.

Great video Chris. These people with a plantation mentality drive me nuts. LEAVE THE CREW ALONE! They do a phenomenal job. I really appreciate that they remember my first name. I am called by my first name. That is what I answer to. Get over it.

The most bonkers one to me is the guy who wants NFL games shown instead of cruise specific activities on pool deck. That person should stay home if watching the game is his priority. Other people go on cruises for many reasons to include doing things they can't do at home. No, I would not want the cost of my cruise to go up to upgrade the TV choices. I rarely watch any of those TV channels mentioned. And none of the shows are anything I can't wait to watch when I get home. I watch shows available on streaming services like Netflix. - The people complaining about being called by the first name, prefaced by Miss or Mr, are just wrong. That is a sign of respect. - I've never been bothered by seeing crew members dining in the buffet. In fact, I like to see them. I would only have a problem if they were acting loud and obnoxious, and I have never seen that.
